Berta is amazing! She is kind and patient. I've been taking my kids there for a while because of her. Unfortunately today their employee Luz was apparently annoyed that my child would not stop crying because he was scared of the machine. While at the register she told me "wow your child was something else today. He wouldn't stop crying." I told her "well he's scared of the machine and he's a baby" she replied with "or he's too attached to you. He was a lot today." I advised her that regardless if he's too attached to me or not he is still afraid of the machine and he's a baby. She was not even the person that cut my child's hair. Her comment was completely unnecessary and these type of comments should not be said in a children's hair salon. Kids cry and we all understand some kids are more comfortable than others and may have better days. I am leaving this review in hopes that management speaks to the staff. The only reason I moved to this salon was because Berta and Lubi were the most patient and kind souls but I am not liking these types of unnecessary comments. I repeat, Berta is amazing and she should be placed as the example of how an employee at a children's salon should carry themselves.

My son had his second haircut with Casey and she was absolutely wonderful! She made him and us feel so at ease and she did a beautiful job. Would definitely recommend!

I am incredibly heartbroken after my son’s hair cut! They butchered his hair. He went in with beautiful curls and came out with what looks like a little longer than a buzz cut! The lady did not take direction and did what she thought was best! My husband gave her clear instructions on what he wanted and she didn’t not listen. Then she tried to gaslight him and say that he would look better the way she was doing. absolute not! We were paying for a service that we wanted not her choice. We absolutely loved his curls and now we have to wait for them to grow back. His cut is un even and he has a little bald spot in the back. I would never come back to this place! Especially when they try and give us a person that was not who we originally booked! If I could give less than 1 star o would. They lacked professionalism and the quality of the work was deplorable. My husband is too kind because I would have never paid this chop job of a hair cut!

I love bringing my daughter here for hair cuts. Luz is super nice and very talented. The salon is fun for the kids and very clean. I highly recommend this salon.

I mixed up the date of our appointment and showed up on the wrong date, but Juliette was kind enough to squeeze us in and she gave my daughter an amazing haircut, and a beautiful braid while delivering great customer service. Highly recommend as everyone’s always great with us and our daughter. She can’t wait for her next haircut

My daughter had a bad experience at a different salon, I called to book an ASAP appt with you guys and Juliet was so friendly and was able to book it immediately. She helped my little one look great again 💛 while enjoying the play area. Thank you Juliet

I love coming here with my youngest son to get his haircut. My son has fun playing while waiting or watching cartoons while getting his haircut. Casey is the best! Not only is she sweet, but she gives a great haircut to my son every time for the last 2 years. I make sure to go to her for first day of school, picture day, all the important events in his life. Highly recommend Casey if you go to Cookie Cutters.

Saw Casey for my child’s first haircut on Sunday early afternoon. It was quite busy when we got there with an appointment, and my child played in the waiting play area while the stylists finished up with several kids. They were pretty quick, and all were gone by the time my child was taking the chair. Casey was very patient and kind, and my daughter was very happy with the process and outcome. I was also explained that shampoo has to be booked separate as I didn’t realize this part, which was fine and now I know for t next time if I want that added. Casey even finished up with a simple style that put a nice touch. It was overall a very positive experience.

We took our 2 and a half year old boy to get a haircut. The stylist was very patient and gentle with my kid, even though he gave her a hard time 😅 although it’s a stressful situation for our kid, he was treated with kindness and care. Will definitely come back again!!
