If I could give zero stars, I would. We were 7 minutes late with two back to back appointments and they said that would only cut one of our kid’s hair. The hair stylist was incredibly rude and not accommodating, stating that they have a five minute late policy. Not to mention, she just finished the previous appointment and we were waiting for about 2 min as they were checking out and she was cleaning her area. She just didn’t want to put any effort in and that was obvious. We had been going to this place for 5 years and we will never be returning. The place down the street was able to accommodate us right away. Do not waste your money on this company.

I loved the place, my son felt comfortable and the hairstylist did everything to keep him busy so they can do his hair For first time haircuts I recommend the package it’s a nice memory to keep

Amazing experience! Lauren did so good on our toddlers first haircut - don't hesitate to book with her! He would whip his head around pretty quickly and that was no issue for her

They did a great job on our 9 month old son! They distracted him with bubbles and let him be gently touched with all the tools they used to prepare him! We will be coming back for his future haircuts

This place is nothing short of amazing. We've brought a few of our kids here and have never been disappointed. Call to set an appointment, show up and you are in and out. They greet you with big smiles and know how to talk to toddlers and kids. I would highly recommend for a baby's first hair cut. They make the experience fun and exciting for everyone. Cookie Cutters is amazing! Everyone really enjoys their job and it's a great space for kids to feel comfortable and safe getting their hair cut! They always do a great job on our daughter's hair and the staff is always friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

Our entire experience was great, everyone was so friendly. Hailey did an amazing job talking to my son and keeping him calm during his first real haircut. It could not have gone any better.

Our experience was definitely GREAT! My son had a great haircut and fun service. The lady (forgot her name) was super friendly and nice. They were able to get to my son early which helped our schedule a lot. Thank you to the ladies for being super friendly and chatty.

Such a cute place for the kids to experience while getting a great haircut. The kids got to choose which car they want to get in and which netflix show they want to watch while getting their cuts. The cost is on the pricey side and if you come with more than two kids like I did, it can add up. But the day we were in, they had a promotion going on so I didn't pay the full price. The haircut experience was great for the kids, but the haircut itself is a little questionable which is why I gave it a 4 stars.

Highly recommend!! Naty always takes such great care of my son she is the best of the best we absolutely refuse to take him anywhere else! All the young ladies here are the sweetest each time we’ve gone in we’ve received the best customer service. We recently moved further away but to us the 45 minute drive is absolutely worth it!

Not sure why you need to verify your email address just to book a haircut. Especially since you have to give a phone number as well. Tried resending my verification email twice but never received, not in my junk/spam folder either. Decided to walk in & they’re booked for the day in the 20 minutes it took us to get from home to the store. Over a verification email, for a haircut 👌

Took my son for his first haircut, he’s a year and a half and very wiggly. His stylist, Yvette, did great! He got upset a few times and she was so patient with him. Overall it was a great experience.

Had a fantastic experience with Taylor. She got us in and out. Helped me pick some product for my guy. My little one got to pick his seat, watch a show and got a balloon and lollipop after. Also love that they are right next to crumble. 😋
