Cookie Cutters is always our go to for toddler haircuts. They know how to be quick and efficient, provide kid friendly shoes and seats and provide a finished treat!

We went for baby 1st haircut. 1yr old. Get certificate keepsake. Pic etc. Had appt. Waited extra 40 mins, no certificate. Printers been down for a week. They are going to mail something. Hopefully will get it soon. Nice people. Cute stations. Haircut was just ok. Maybe better to go during week. Not so busy.

Went to get my son's first cut and completely unhappy! So uneven, my son has curly hair and the girl put in leave in conditioner so I didn't notice how uneven it was until I got home. Paid $30 for the "first hair cut package" and didn't get my certificate since their printer wasn't working. I called in the next day and they offered to redo it put I honestly didn't feel comfortable with anyone touching his hair again and making it worse. Definitely won't be back here for his next cut.

Yesterday I took my son to Cookie Cutters to get his haircut. Samantha was our stylist. She made him very comfortable and let him pick whatever car he wanted to sit in while she cut his hair. This was the first time that I took him to get his hair cut and didn't have to sit in the chair with him. I will definitely be returning.

I've taken my toddler here a couple of times and it's always a great experience with David. But as for Lupe I always get a horrible experience with my toddlers hair. She does not have the patience to work with kids. The first time I went there she cut my toddler hair, she was harsh and made him feel uncomfortable, so she did a horrible job. Ever since than whenever I take my toddler I try to avoid any appointments with her but today I'd thought I'd give her another chance and that was a horrible choice! She than again did horrible. This time she actually grabbed my toddler by his face and had no patience! I wouldn't recommend booking an appointment with her.

Went to cookie cutters for the first time to give my two year old a haircut. The lady who tended to us kept leaving the station and my son in mid cut to attend the phone or open the door or other stuff. Her trimmers weren’t working properly so she gave him an uneven cut. She cropped it way too high from the back. We requested her to leave a bit of a tail at the back but she couldn’t manage to do it right. It took my husband a lot of self control to get her to fix what could be fixed. To top it all off the screen on the chair wasn’t working. The lady made no effort to comfort my crying child or move him to a different station where the screens were working. Place want clean either. Lousy experience overall!

Always an amazing job they do cutting my son's hair. He loves it there and gets a balloon and lollipop at the end. Everyone is great at this location.

Claudia was the best. She took her time making sure my son was comfortable. The haircut is so cute. I could not be happier with the service we received. The salon is clean, plenty of entertainment for the kids and my son absolutely loved the balloon at the end.

I called the day of to see if they could do African American hair. The lady on the phone told me “yes” pretty much everyone has had experience in all hair types. She was able to get me an appointment same day despite being busy. Vanessa was our stylist and did an amazing job. She was quick and efficient, my nephew does not like hair cuts, but she made sure he was comfortable and used many distractions!

Outstanding work with our 4-year old who usually hates haircuts. They had him so distracted that they were done before he was ready to go. Instead of crying to avoid the haircut he was crying to avoid leaving!

We've been coming here for years and appreciate the attention the hair dressers give each kid. Ask that they take notes in their system so that you can know what you liked or didn't like for next time. The place can get a little crowded and behind schedule on weekends so suggest an off day or time if you want to be seen near your appointment time. But my kids always love the balloons and lollipops they get there!

Absolutely LOVE Lupe! She has always given my son the perfect hair cut. I’ve tried going elsewhere and would come to her the next day to fix it. Never will go to another hairdresser again!

Alondra was really good! It was my son’s first haircut ever at 3 years old so there was some nervousness there. She kept my son engaged the whole time and informed on what she was doing. First haircut a success!!

My daughter had her first haircut here today and enjoyed the whole experience! Staff was very attentive to her needs and made her feel comfortable. There's a cute play structure in the front and adorable little cars for kiddos to sit in while getting their haircut. She got a free balloon and lollipop at the end too! Be sure to book an appointment in advance on their website as they don't do walk-ins.

Marita butchered my girls' hair. She absolutely ruined my daughter's first hair cut. Her cut for my 4 year old was asymmetrical at best. Danni was fantastic but she is no longer there. Don't waste your time with Marita, I could have done a better job.
