I gave a 3 because I feel like there could have been a little more communication. They were great cutting my grandsons hair, however there were a lot of missed spots. My grandson was crying and I understand it’s difficult if child is moving, but that was part of reason why I choice this place, was for that very reason. They were more partaking to “children”. I felt like she would know how to navigate if child was crying or not enjoying it. All and all, his hair got cut, so I can’t completely say it was all that terrible

We have been going to see Patricia for 6.5 years. My son refuses to go anywhere else or with any one. We appreciate the patience she has and knows what we want. We always make sure to make an appointment in advance so we dont have to wait and make sure we get Patricia. The place can get very busy especially on weekends so make an appointment.

Handling kids that too at the time of hair cut really requires patience n skill to manage n to get the job done on time. This is all about Cookie cutters. Happy to get my 2 year old to this place. Thank you guys.

It was my kid’s second hair cut. He was crying the entire time because he is still getting used to this. The stylist was able to cut the hair in less than 10 mins though which was extremely impressive. And he looked really good after the cut. Will definitely come back again for my kid’s haircut.

January 11, 2025: As always, a wonderful quick visit for our kids hair. Both kids need a good trim all around and they got both my son and daughter finished in 20 minutes. We had Patricia and Tiffany for this trip and they were both great. September 1, 2024: The stylists were quick and efficient and did absolutely wonderful with or two kids. Our three-year-old son was quite squirmy this visit, but his stylist still managed to get a flattering and even hair cut on him. We will definitely return to this location again!

For being very busy the day we went. They did very well. And they got us in before our appointment time. They still need to get a new way of booking appointments every single time we try to book an appointment, there is a problem with their website/app. It doesn't remember us as an existing user. And then, when we try to create another account, it says we already have an account. It is absolutely and utterly ridiculous that they can not get this to work in the middle of Silicon Valley.

Called and walked in. On a Sunday middle of the day it was only a ten minute wait. the stylist was funny and kind. my 3 year old enjoyed TV and sat in a tiny air plane. she was respectful with styling his hair as I desired and did a great job. we will be back!

I recommend it because my baby brother had his appointment and there was this sweet lady who cut my baby brothers hair she is super sweet and my baby brother is 1 year old I recommend it❤️❤️

My experience was horrible. I showed up late to my appointment this was supposed to be my baby’s first haircut. I was coming from Soledad to San Jose California. It took us about 2 hours to get here. I told her the situation and Lisa she was at the desk was not very pleasant. Right away she was rude and said well I don’t think we can take you. It wasn’t that they couldn’t take him, It was the way her body language and expressions were towards me. I told her no thank you. She looked bothered from the beginning. The boy that they were cutting his hair at the moment was crying loud. It’s gonna happen when you work with baby’s. She asked again rudely if I wanted to take the 1:15 when initially she just told me they weren’t able to take me. I told her no. We were outside for 5-10 minutes when we see them finish the todddler inside. We were still outside. She walked outside and said nothing to us. So we left! We drove 2 hours for an attitude !!

Great haircut! My daughter wanted her hair short, I asked for a tiny bit of a bob, and they did a great job on my daughter’s hair! Still loving it a few days later. Definitely coming back.

Have a little one with special needs. Patricia was so patient. Even though we missed our appointment time because kiddo was nervous and didn’t want to sit down, she let us go later after another client and did a great job (as always!).

It was our first time here My grandson is two years old and he has only had one other experience with a haircut. Kindly told the lady this is only his second haircut so please be patient. He is definitely a cryer Seemed like she had no patience and she just wanted to rush through the process. I wish she would’ve been a little bit more Patient, cleaned him off more frequent because he did not like the hair poking him all over the place.

Love this place, great service my kids always enjoy going and Wendy has the most patience and is extremely kind and understanding with my very sensory-triggered child, after visiting a few times she made each visit easier and easier and my child is now calm and not a fear when he gets his haircut. he got his first haircut here we have tried another place closer to us, but unfortunately, it was very overstimulating and there wasn’t much patience given

Such a cute atmosphere and the stylists were so patient, kind and respectful to my daughter who has a very sensitive head. Great cut. We live out of state, but in the event we need a haircut again while we're visiting CA this will be our go-to place!

We called them a week ago to an appointment at 10am for a Saturday, and when we arrived at 10am we found the front desk lady made the appointment at a wrong time at 9am that we didn’t show up. There is no apologies at all, then we asked her to make the another day appointment with 10am, she has no patience and spoke VERY LOUDLY “I will call you to wake up before 10am!! You need wake up and come your appointment!” I was like EXCUSE ME??? It was her made the mistake to schedule at 9am, we never called that time, there is no apology and then she asked us to wake up before 10am?????? She didn’t admit her mistake and blame on us not come early??? It’s so RUDE! Never come back again!
