I loved Marina Estrella and Cookie Jar. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like she's taking clients anymore/right now. She was the first person ever to actually do a good job on my brows. The first time I went to her she told me straight up that the aestheticians I had been to before were just trying to force my brows into the brow shape that was currently trending, even though that didn't work for my brows, and then she gave me a shape that actually did work for my brows, and every aesthetician I saw after her was basically just following her shape. Her post on fb in June 2020 calling out discrimination in the beauty industry was honest, uncompromising, and inspiring. She is a true leader in her field and in the community. I was sad to return to town recently and see that her website is no longer up, vm was full, and texts went unanswered. If she's no longer doing waxing it's our loss but I wish her all the best in whatever she"s doing now.

Marina is the absolute best! She fixed my eyebrows that were botched from a chain company years ago and I have not stopped seeing her since. She’s also amazing with makeup, lashes, brow lamination/tint, lash perms - I’ve done it all with her. She is amazing, hands down!

Wow! Best eyebrows I’ve ever had!! I had brow lamination, tint, and wax done. Just wow! The salon is clean, sanitized between guests, and such a cute space! Marina is amazing, friendly, super knowledgeable and incredibly talented. My skin and eyes are super sensitive. So, she did a patch test, free of charge to make sure I wouldn’t react and sculpted my eyebrow to perfection. I didn’t know I could have fluffy brows as I’m in my forties. Highly recommend and will continue to come back. Thank you Marina! 😊

Have been going to Marina for over a year now for eyebrow waxing. She is such a professional and I love that she is so passionate in what she does because it defineltly shows with her work. She recently did the make-up for my wedding and attended to my bridal party and I was so grateful on how she made us all look and feel beautiful.

I’m so happy with my eyebrows! I am extremely picky about my brows - to the point where I only get them waxed by one specific person I trust in Boston - but I was due for a wax after growing them out. I chose CookieJar because I found before & after pics of Marina’s work on Instagram, and it was obvious she knows what she is doing. She fit me into her schedule the next day, plus she was super quick, friendly and left me without any redness or irritation. 100% recommend for eyebrow shaping.

Marina Estrella is very talented and does a through job. I had both the brow lamination and lash lift with tint and I love them. Total game changer if you are trying to use minimal makeup.

I've gotten services here for three years now and will NEVER go anywhere else. Marina has given me amazing Brazilian waxes. I've gotten at least 5 tooth gems. She's waxed my eye brows with precision! And I get my lash extensions done by her every two weeks RELIGIOUSLY. I recommend Cookie Jar to strangers and friends. Look no further.

Jessica did my lashes, they are beautiful, she made me feel so comfortable and really listened to what I wanted and she completely followed through! I’ve worked with a few lash artists but Jessica is for sure, my new lash lady! So glad I found her!

Marina hooked me up with a wax and tint for $30. Great service. In and out within 30 mins. My brows before wax, with pencil on a normal day then after tinting. Will be back to continue regular maintenance. She helps you more than just the service by providing you important info about managing your brows, growing them and shaping them.

Marina was awesome! Take it from someone in the spa industry when I say shes worth a visit! Got me at my appnt time, explained the procedure and what to do after and was efficient and skilled! I love my tooth gem and highly recommend seeing her!
