I thought Cool Cave was pretty cool. Pun intended. Lol for real though, This place is a hidden gem. Who knew places like this even existed? Highly recommend. The most relaxing experience one could even imagine. Pretty women and free beer always is a good idea… 👍🏼 go now!! you won’t be disappointed 😀

Nice aesthetic but massage was not good and had ads between relaxing music. Wouldn't recommend, seems more like paid sexual services type of establishment.

This is a nice peaceful calm establishment. They know how to treat you! Highly recommend! You won’t be sorry you came!!!!! It’s affordable and worth every penny! Bringing my buddies here for a treat!

Came here to get a couples massage for an hour each and to only get 30 min because supposedly the timer starts when you go in the front door. Paid $140 (70)(each) started at 4pm session ended at 4:30pm And just got half of the body massaged. Not mad at the sweet ladies but of the robbery of that system. Ask before you pay and start your session right of way. Ask questions!

I have come here a few times and have always had a good experience. Today I came in and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Nadia / Natalia and having a great experience! You can't go wrong with this place but Natalia should be the first one you're looking for when you come in here. She performed the best massage I've had in a while, listened to everything I had to say, and over delivered. Get in before 4:00 and have an over the top time with her!

Late post. I visited in 2022. This place is “alright” at best. I was expecting a better experience. My masseuse seemed like she didn’t even wanna be there. If you have a lot of extra money with nothing to do with it then this is your spot. Otherwise, choose another spot.

That is, I have no complaints, the administrator is polite, a nice girl-massage came in for a massage, and before the massage she asked for money and a tip. I paid for two hours. It was 2 hours, but instead she gave me a massage for only 10 minutes. Not the best place for a massage, when she came to me, you only paid for this place for the building, you have to pay me another 300 dollars, I said don't give me a massage, she said I already started, you have to pay, I he said that I better leave, I don’t need a massage, he’s so rude, he doesn’t want to let me go, I was so afraid, I left the room, I asked if it was possible for the administrator, she said so rudely, no, my money wasn’t returned.😤

This place is the bomb. I don't know what to say more. They know just what you need. The great part is you can choose between girls up front to make sure you are happy when you leave, and they are all super hot so no doggy dogs here. They have a wide variety of options and no minimum. Fellas, you have to try this place out! I wish I lived in Charlotte I'd come every day!

I really enjoyed this place. Some real “down south hospitality” at its finest. The girls were top tier. Prices are fair. Massage was A+. Would definitely come back. Highly recommend for anyone trying to go relax to the max.

At first I was skeptical about this place but after visiting, I was glad that I came. The spa is beautiful and smells refreshing. The environment is very soothing. My therapist was beautiful and very outgoing. The staff was professional and friendly. This spa is top notch and one of the best in Charlotte. I can’t wait to come back!

The best “Asian style spa” in the city if you ask me. It’s a real pretty girl playground. I like the way they let you choose your lady. And the service was superb. Best $100 I ever spent! Will be back!
