This is my 2nd time back. This visit I got both dipped nails and pedicure. The first set of nails lasted 4 weeks. They were outgrown but none popped off. The pedicure was amazing. She did a great foot massage. The gentleman has done my nails both times. He does a good job and they look great. I would recommend this place for nails.

I stopped in today, no appointment, but hoping to be fit in quickly. I was seated right away and in no time had beautiful nails for the holiday weekend. Thank you Tracy! I'll be back! 😊

Left Lanza after they started having random folks with no training or expertise do your nails in an unsafe and ugly way. Booked an appointment, there weren't many workers here. It was done by the 2 beautiful ladies. Manicure and Pedicure set was beautifully done. I was impressed. Just wish it was a bit colder indoors. Cost was just as expected.

I had called last week, and inquired how much a mani/pedi was with Gel on my fingers and reg polish on my toes. I was told $65. I go there today, relay the message to the same man I had spoken with and he had to check on the price. I then got charged $5 to remove the cracked/chipped gel polish off my fingers. So I got a basic mani/pedi that cost $70, plus they don't tell you about the Merchant Fee if you use a debit/credit card of $2.50. The guy sat there on in a massaging chair on his phone, the other lady was too busy sorting fake eyelashes and watching videos on her phone, and the one tech that took care of me did my fingers first, and then my pedi. There was no talking, no smiling, offering of a drink, nothing! The bathroom had an out of order sign and the light wasn't working so you had to leave the door open. I was the ONLY customer in this place... I can see why! Not to mention I asked WHY everything in White Settlement is so expensive having moved here from Plano, where a mani/pedi costs $58 and he said no it doesn't.... So in addition to ripping people off, questioning my integrity, and the unfriendly AF attitude.... I will NOT go back to this salon! It's amazing they are even still in business with such a sh***y attitude!

I started coming here a week after they opened cause a friend recommended them. I love this the shop, and Tracy always does great on my nails.

I got my nails done about 3 days ago and my nails broke within 3 days I do not recommend nobody to go to the salon they do s***** works plus the restroom is always down

Stopped by for a quick repair at 527pm cst. Sign says open and close of business as 7pm cst. I saw the technician at her table, I tried to walk in the door is locked. I knocked, she proceeds to literally hide underneath her table as if I cannot see her. I tried communicating that I had a quick gel nail repair. She hid further underneath the table. This was crazy and no way to do business. She could have easily communicated she was closed-albeit 2 hours early.

A very nice, hard-working immigrant family runs this business. All speak English. The daughters speak perfect English and are serious students. One is in college pre-med. One relative is a nurse at a local hospital who works here occasionally to help out. All are friendly and respectful, and very attentive to the quality of their work.

I went I'm there Saturday 01/16/2021 around 430. They told me they didn't have time to do my nails didn't even ask what I was wanting done. So they tell me to come back in Monday. Instead of me just going up there I called this morning to make sure they would be able to do my nails. They guy that answered at 11am said they close at 6pm and don't have time to do my nails. They wasn't busy the other day and I don't see why they can get someone in to do their nails

Overall very disappointed. Not locally from area yet gave the hole in the wall a try and a hole in the wall it was.. No conversation during.. I got acrylic French tips- first I can tell one will break off soon because it doesn't feel well glued, second not one nail is the same length or matching edges along with having multiple air bubbles throughout all 10 nails. You can visibly tell a thumb nail is completely cut crooked. Seemed as if since I wasnt a regular I wasnt worth the time or effort since the only question I was asked was if I lived around here... Which was a no. At a friend's wedding this weekend best believe i hope noone says, let me see your nails🙄😒 I would not recommend this place. Dont waste your money.

I walked in on Monday to get my nails redone before school starts. I work at a snow cone stand with lots of bleach and was hoping to get something that would stay on longer and make my nails thicker, considering I was applying it to my real nails. I asked my lady more than once “If Gel or Dip was better for working with bleach” and I also asked “Is gel or dip better for my nails because they are so thin” I even asked her to reassure me, she kept telling me gel was best. While she was doing my nails, I chose my colors and she kept trying to convince me a different color was best when I knew what I wanted. I previously had nails on so she removed them and did gel, a total of $25, not bad. Come Tuesday morning, I wake up and my nails had already started chipping. I was mad and went back in Wednesday when I didn’t have to work. The lady’s tried to argue with me that I asked for the cheapest deal, which I don’t try to go cheap in my nails, I want the best. They took off the gel, very roughly, and charged me to remove them, again. The lady went to work on another customer who made an appointment while she “let mine sit” and I had to wait for someone else to be able to work on them, about 20 minutes later. (They did the same thing to my sister on Monday night, she sat there for about 30 minutes) The lady finally does my nails and is very rough about it, she gets done with them, they charged me to remove and do the dip, no discount, no difference, nothing. They kept trying to tell me I wanted the gel and the cheapest option, which I never said. So spending a total of about 3 hours there, in 2 nights, never offered a drink, $63 later, I finally got nails that are worth it. I will definitely not be visiting this place again

LOVE MY NAILS!!!! I couldn't be happier with how they turned out! I brought in a pic I found on pinterest and they were able to match it! This is a great nail salon. Friendly staff, great service! Also had eyebrows & upper lip waxed-good job on that too!
