I completed my third treatment for under chin fat reduction today, at the Mooresville location. Very nice people! They really take their time to help make sure you get the results you want. It will still be awhile till I see the full results but think it is helping!

I've only been going to this spa for a few weeks but the service is spectacular. My provider was super kind and answered all my questions. She really took the time to review my needs and make sure I fully understood what to expect. I went here based on a coworkers recommendation who has been with Cool Renewal for months and now I would recommend it to others.

Hannah H. Is amazing!! I’ve been getting laser hair removal. It’s nearly painless, and has changed so much over the years. Run there now if you have any hair you don't want!

I went in doing some research for myself of some options and curiosity of these treatments. The nurse was very informative and honest. She had a very warm comfortable personality and attitude, She explained a lot and really listened to my concerns. I walked away with knowledge, understanding and a smile on my face because she treated me like a person, thank u, I will highly recommend that office.

Love the staff and services at Cool Renewal Spa (Charlotte location)! I always enjoy the results of their sculpting services, and now their new Aquafirme facial might be one of my new favorite self-care services. My face feels and looks so good! This place is the best and Holly, Hannah & Ashton make this a welcome experience every time. I’ve been doing the CoolTone membership for 6 months now combined with my physical therapy and my body feels stronger, my hip and knee alignment has improved tremendously.
