I've been coming here since it was Dawn Studios. This new management is terrific. The staff is very friendly and professional. They spoke with me individually to understand my goal and discussed the process so I have realistic expectations. The care and service they provide was AMAZING! I'm so glad to have a place I can trust and recommend. Most importantly, it's reasonably priced with top notch service

I love this place! Bo is the best she is kind and does excellent job. Ivy did it the second time I went and she’s extremely good too I love how even and straight the highlights root work she did!!! I wanted subtle highlights and got just what I asked for!!! The price and atmosphere is lovely I absolutely recommend this hair salon. They provide tea, water, snacks. Amazing deep condition and massage option when washing your hair. Such a good experience!!!!

First of all the hospitality is amazing - I was offered cute snacks and food - it felt like a home. The process was super quick and amazing - I have GORGEOUS highlights and the best haircut with a great price. The ladies here really care for your results and make you feel beautiful. I will be bringing my whole family here. Thank you so much :)

Great attitude, the workers here are so nice. They perfectly done my hair the way I wanted! Excellent hair cutting and coloring skill!!! Love the hair care they done too, it made my hair way more better and smooth. Thank you so much and I am 100% satisfied and will come again😍

The best haircut I've gotten! Layered style of my dreams. Sorry for forgetting the name of the hairstylist but all I can say is she is a pro. My hair has grown out so beautifully and am finally happy with my hair after a few bad haircuts in other places the past two years.

This was my first time using a perm solution to curl my hair, and the results were absolutely fantastic. The hairstylist at Cool Hair Salon in Yilan made my haircut experience exceptionally enjoyable with an unexpected delightful outcome. The hairstylist was incredibly patient and meticulous, thoroughly explaining every detail of the process. As someone who has never undergone a perm treatment before, I greatly appreciated their comprehensive and careful approach.

I love the different layer of colors! Hair still feels healthy after a few hours of bleach! Experienced no breakage and as long as you give them time and patience, they will make sure your final product is what you want!

I can’t say enough about my incredible experience with my hair stylist Fion-stylish, modern, and exactly what I had envisioned. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and listened attentively to what I wanted. Everyone there is incredibly nice and does a great job. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The level of care they put into their work is truly commendable. If you need your nails done, they have a nail salon inside. How convenient is that? Great place and service!

I stopped in last Friday evening and had my hair colored. I am so happy I did ! My hair looked AMAZING! The following Monday I went back in to have my nails done! Yen did a beautiful job! Everyone is so nice! They opened about 2 months ago. The prices are more than reasonable $60 for my hair. Everyone else I checked was at least $95 . Try this place it’s all brand new! Give it a try you won’t be disappointed!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was my first time, and I must say I really had a wonderful and great experience. The women there are professional, nice, sweet and accommodating, and know exactly what you want and like. Fiona was the stylist She was fantastic. Service was very professional. I was offered Chinese tea which was delicious. I now have Found The perfect hair salon, and I will Definitely be a weekly Customer from now on!!
