I LOVE this salon! Chic, convenient, and the nicest staff with utmost professionalism. They do a great job with bangs too and bonus points for the setup where not everyone is staring at you. No booking fee either like some other local places. Client for life!

Had my first color and cut at this salon with Ann! I am so pleased, she did such a great job. I never had a stylist take such good care of me during an apt. Oh and there sinks don’t hurt your neck!! I will be a forever customer for sure!

I made an appointment with Sherry for a color correction. I checked in with receptionist who was a gracious host offering me an array of beverages. However, waiting 30 minutes after my appointment time Sherry did not introduce herself or indicated she was running late. I am very disappointed and feel disrespected. I do not recommend this salon based on my experience.

I reached out to the salon by email to schedule an appointment for lashes and brows and received a quick response stating that the lash artist is no longer accepting new clients, and that I should take my business to another salon in the same plaza. Not sure what that means for brow services, as that part of my appointment request was ignored. Can't say that I've ever had this experience before, but it's certainly one I won't forget!

Ann took care of my Mother of the Groom blow out and curl. She was able to make my fine limp hair feel full and keep its style for the whole wedding, reception! The 2nd day hair looked almost the same-- no slept in look ! Would definitely recommend her, she is kind, skilled and knowledgeable. Thank you Ann°

Had an appointment with Ann after Supercuts completely ruined my haircut… She was awesome! My hair looks amazing and healthy now and I finally got the strawberry blonde highlights I’ve wanted for so long! I’m so glad I came here and can’t recommend it enough! Also love Eleanor the dog💗

I love this salon! I tried a few different places in Pittsburgh and had a hard time finding a stylist who listened to me and gave me good results, but here I always get what I want. Caroline does an excellent job. On top of the stellar work, everyone at the salon is extremely friendly and I always feel welcome there.

Love this beauty shop! Ever since my stylist who I used for almost a decade retired I tried out several salons and I never found the right fit until I came to Copacetic. They’re so talented and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Kim. She made me feel comfortable and does a wonderful job at cutting hair.

This place is a hidden GEM! Everyone is so friendly- I never feel judged here, and even though the salon is nice and open, it never feels like everybody can see you in your mirror. For someone with social anxiety to the max, that brings me a lot of comfort! 100% recommend- found them last year and will never go anywhere else!

Wish I could give Copacetic more than 5 stars! I had a consultation with Ann on a Wednesday, we clicked immediately and was lucky to get an appointment that Friday. I mentioned that I wanted to freshen up my auburn hair with some dimension. Previous stylists would either take me blonde with too many highlights or all over dark. Ann absolutely nailed the color! It’s what I’ve been wanting for years. Even when my hair was wet, I couldn’t stop smiling because I know she got exactly what I was looking for. She is professional, friendly and a delight to work with. I am so glad I tried Copacetic and will now recommend to everyone. Thanks again, Ann!

Elisha is such a fun and talented person! She was the hair stylist for my wife on our wedding day, and she styled her + four bridesmaids, two mothers, and one man with long hair. She clearly knows hair and knows how to make each person look their best. She made my wife look and feel so beautiful. Everyone loved working with her! And she even helped my wife with her corset back. Truly above and beyond. And I am so grateful for how accommodating she was due to the craziness of COVID. I highly recommend Elisha for any and all events.
