This place never fails to disappoint. Even with an appointment you will wait 40 minutes. I’ve come in with an appointment and was told the technician wasn’t here and they didn’t even bother to call. Go somewhere else where you will be treated special.

Took my 2 daughters for nail art this place. Younger girl got done simple nail art by a female nail artist and was good but my elder girl (10+) got it done by a male artist and he was rough in making the nails. My daughter got bleeding in 2 nails due to the roughness and the way he handled it. The output was also not good as the nail art ended up bulged nails and unleveled gel and irregular shaped nails.

Cynthia is so helpful and incredibly nice. She is very detailed in her work. I never leave disappointed. 10/10 would recommend!

*Under new management* Excellent customer service!! I’ve been going to Cynthia for a couple of years now and have been following her from a couple salons. Very friendly and great conversation. Always does excellent work and listens to what I want and gives me great recommendations. Great updates to the salon. Very clean and inviting.

This was quite literally the most miserable experience of my life. My friend and I went to get pedicures. The man that was doing my toes was squeezing my nails to the point he was pinching them. He was filing them down to low and I kept saying “OWWW” because it HURT. He cut my big toe and he made a little Nick on my pinky toe on the other foot. He even did like eight coats of white nail polish. My friends toes also got messed up and the paint was weird, and her toes were filed down sideways. The woman that was doing her nails also grabbed her baby out of her hands when she was trying to get up from the chair… are you joking??? Her baby is 6 months old- in what way is that normal or ok?!!?Very invasive and strange experience. There was no music playing no TV no sounds just me and my friend talking. I highly recommend that you never set foot in this place, ever. Save your money!

Never have I known such patient and kind customer service from anywhere. I am an autistic customer thrown into a new experience with my mum and they were patient, kind, generous, and incredible! EDIT: I stopped going here kuz I asked for a chunky sparkle on my nails and the girl acted like it was a huge burden. She said she would have to "pick up the sparkles individually and put them on my nails" I was shocked! She actually did do that & it ended up looking worse than we could do at home. . .Every time I go in I get charged more than the time before for the same (or less) products/services, so I finally decided I'm not paying that much to be treated like a burden. [The rest of review is from 1yr ago] They did an awesome job and the environment is comfortable. & when they were able to re-open after covid shutdowns they even sent me a text to let me know that they were open again 😁

They were extremely rude. The guy who did my toes didn’t say a word to me. Just started picking up my feet and was so rough. He picked off my previous gel polish with a sharp tool instead of removing it with alcohol, stabbing my toe multiple times trying to remove the gel. Didn’t even do the hot towels either.

When Tammy on the salon she did great work on my nails. I started using another young lady very sweet I changed my nails from square to what they call almond basically rounded. They were extremely thick and look like press on nails. Tell me the previous owner met with me and try to file them down and recommended I go to the new owner and have her fix them, that she’s done nails for years.. So my first experience with the bad nails first two days prior to me seeing the owner, I spent $98.00 on a fell pedicure and acrylic overlay with gel polish. I went and the owner file them down and repaint them. Then charged me an additional $25. Plus previously I had tipped $10 for each service.. considering this was her employee I don’t feel that I should’ve been charged two days later I went ahead and paid it now two days later my nails are chipping. I do not recommend this place. The owner was not kind when she saying that I was upset over to $25. She asked how much I was willing to pay..picture 1&2 are to think and not shaped right.. 3&4 look much better but additional charge so all together for gel pedicure and acrylic overlay with gel polish cost $143.00. 5&6 pictures are on left hand no acrylic on little finger and polish chipping . And right hand chipping polish. Chipping after two days and $143.00. Im looking for new nail person. I do not recommend this salon. I might mention three of them broke down to the quick So the original owner had offered to fix them but then was not able to due to the new owner having issues. I finally went to Spring nails and Clovis paid an additional $50 plus $10 tip and they look fantastic now. Had to make them all very short and start over. I cannot say it strong enough do not go to this shop copper nails.

Inconsistent! My first visit was great. I got nail design and great service. By the time I visited the 3rd time, I had to return the next day to get everything redone. My fourth visit was a nightmare when I told the nail tech that my toes felt sore from my nails being thinned out from that sanding machine. I asked that they properly remove the gel with acetone and he kept telling me it takes too long that way. After having to be stern to keep my nail bed safe I ended up with the worst nail job. The place visually got more and more cluttered and messy every time I visited. The nail tech stash food snacks behind the spa chairs. Not a spa experience at all.

This place is terrible. I got a full set, they were uneven my nails looked chunky they were super long after I told the guy shorter shorter shorter..I looked like I had claws. I asked for a refund and the guy said he had to take my nails off for one so I said go ahead. He took nail clippers and cut the ends off and left me leaving like that. It was embarrassing and rude and I will never go back. Ever. Never mind the fact it took him 3 HOURS..I’ll never get back. Save your money don’t go here.

I’ve heard nothing but good things about this salon, so I decided I should try it out. I was not comfortable at all here. I couldn’t relax, there was too much going on.. the lady that was doing my nails was bouncing back and forth between me and another lady. I was getting a manicure while the other lady she was helping was getting a pedicure. I watched her touch the ladies feet, to not wash her hands and touch my hands after. This is not sanitary. She also didn’t give my nails a full coat, as I could still see my nail after she applied the top coat. 4 days later and my nails are chipping, I am very disappointed in my experience with this salon and how unsanitary the lady that helped me was.
