As a newbie to KC, I was nervous about finding a new hair stylist. From my first appointment, Corie set all my nerves to rest. She is confident in her ability, and for good reason. She has an extensive knowledge of all things hair which was only one more reason she gained my trust so quickly. And, as an extra plus Corie is always full of energy and honestly cares to be personable with each of her clients. I LOVE getting to go see her, I only wish I needed to more often!

Corie did the hair and makeup for my wedding and I can not recommend her enough! Every aspect of her work- scheduling, hospitality, atmosphere, and the actual styling services- was very professional and personable. Corie is such a talented, kind, and fun person. I really felt that she listened to what I wanted and found a way to make it look great and last all day. She created a super fun atmosphere for my wedding party to get ready for our big day. She’s amazing!!!

Corie is the perfect person for your hair color/updo, and makeup needs! Not only does she have a great personality and you look forward to visiting her, but she truly listens to your requests. I cannot wait for her to do the hair and makeup for our Wedding day in a couple weeks!

I am a wedding photographer and I work with a great amount of hair and makeup artists a year. Throughout my years here in KC photographing weddings, Corie is the ONLY one I have met that I knew I could trust with my hair care needs. I usually travel all the way back to my small home town (4.5 hours away) to get my Hair colored and cut. Now I don’t have to!!! I also recommend her to all my brides! I met Corie as a bridesmaid during one of my best friend’s wedding. I was in love with my hair and makeup that day, a true feat considering I am a pretty basic gal when it comes to those things. Another bridesmaid even told Corie she loved her hair and makeup more than on her own wedding day! Not only did she do an amazing job, she was fun and easy to talk, she instantly felt like an old friend. She also listened to and honored requests with grace. When I got engaged a month later I knew I had to have Corie as a part of my wedding. Believe it or not, Corie was the first vendor booked, that is how much I had to have her on my big day. Corie also did my hair and makeup for my engagement pictures and I can truly say the 3 times she did my hair and makeup I have never felt more beautiful. She did hair and makeup for my 8 bridesmaids and 5 year old niece. Everyone was thrilled with her work. One bridesmaid even booked Corie for her future wedding! We were so lucky to have her help make our big event absolutely perfect!

I switched to Corie as soon as I saw what she could do at my daughter's wedding. She is as fabulous with color as she is with her cuts. Corie is super upbeat, friendly, and takes the time to share many of her styling techniques and tips for handling frizzy curly hair. We love her!
