Love RegenCen and CSLC in North Naples! The staff is knowledgeable, kind and caring. Danielle really knows her “stuff” I am participating in the weight loss program. I do facials and IPL procedures as well. When I head north in the summer I visit the Harbor Springs and Petoskey offices.

Katie is nothing short of a pure professional. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and a pleasure to be around. I have been always in good hands with Katie. The entire business is top notch. I appreciate that they do not try to sell you services you do not need or want. There is no pressure to "upgrade" services like many other businesses do. Katie is an amazing technician. I have had sculptura before and it was extremely painful so I was really nervous. Katie made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and in her skilled hands it was very tolerable. I can't wait to see the lasting results.

A friend ( esthetician ) of mine referred me to see Dr. Bickerton however when I called for a consultation they told me the Dr is not taking any new clients. I am not sure how that would be the case for cosmetic injections which takes a 20 minute time slot. I worked for cosmetic surgeons for years and are familiar with timing for injectables . With that being said I feel they are taking things for granted and this is never a good idea in the Naples area with so much competition. When it comes to injections especially Botox this needs to be done by a qualified Plastic Surgeon . Also this business was just bought by someone else (CSLC) which is a larger corporation and this is extremely hard to keep track of staff and how qualified each of them are.

As soon as you walk in the office you're welcomed and immediately tended to. Lee is fantastic at explaining exactly what each procedure entails and sets your mind at ease. I really like that she doesn't try to push anything on you, She'll address what she thinks you'd feel comfortable with and leaves the decisions to you. Danielle is the best!! She also walks you back through each treatment. She's very efficient, detail oriented,and takes her time to make things just right. Thankfully, she also has a steady hand. During the appointment she makes you feel as comfortable as possible. I love this place so much! I can't say enough great things. Already booked for my next treatment!

Dr. Bickerton is lovely!! She has greatly improved my life by introducing me to Biote bioidentical hormone therapy! And she has totally improved my skin on my face (rosacea) with the BBL laser after 2 treatments. I'm going to have 4 to 5 altogether, but broken capillaries, dark spots and fine lines look so much better already! She is kind, caring, compassionate and listens to your every word!! So grateful that I found her! ❤

I went to Refined Image for the first time today to get some Botox, and I had an amazing experience! Dr. Bickerton was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, and she was super kind and friendly. The office is gorgeous and the man working at the front desk was very nice! Sadly, I live in Texas and am only in Naples for a few weeks to visit my family, otherwise I’d be making regular appointments here! I do plan to make an appointment with Dr. Bickerton when I can, though, because she is excellent.

Today was my first visit at Refined Image and it was such a wonderful experience. The entire staff was so friendly and professional. The facility was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I’ll be going here for all of my services and treatments moving forward. I wish I found this place sooner, I can’t wait to go back!

Today was my first visit to see Dr. Bickerton for aesthetic facial injections. The office was nice and clean. The receptionist was polite. He told me about a rewards program for injectables like Botox dye sport etc. I have been having these done for years and no other Office has told me about this rewards program so that was a plus. Dr. Bickerton was wonderful she explained everything to me as well as giving me a paper hand out where my injections were to be located. She took her time and was very thorough. This was probably my best experience so far with injectables and I will be back for sure.

Beautiful and super clean facility! The facial treatment room was lovely and relaxing. Jane is my favorite aesthetician and gives the best facial ever! With all top of the line equipment and a great team, this will be my new go-to spot!

I have never written a bad review in my life but I want to warn people of my experience at Refined Image. I had the bbl procedure done in early August for sun damage on my arms and chest. In a few days very dark spots appeared that eventually bled and fell off and took my pigment with it. The doctor attempted to blend the spots by retreating. It was Very painful and the pain lasted for approximately a week. The same thing happened. So now I have white spots and stripes. Dr Bickerton told me that she could treat my tan skin and tells me she still treats tan skin all of the time. She wants to charge me to try to blend it any more. My husband asked for a refund and Dr Bickerton’s husband, who works there, agreed to give me a refund but later told us they would not. I am going to another doctor who has been in practice for a much longer time and we are working to blend it. Dr Bickerton often said she has no idea why it happened and suggested I had done something to cause it. Which I most definitely did not.
