We went to her new location which is at a cute house. I’m not gonna lie, we were kinda scared but when she opened the door, I felt welcomed and could trust her. She took us to the room which is super cute and clean. She waxed my wife and it was my wife’s first time ever getting waxed. She reassured her and walked her through exactly what to do and what was going to happen. Even the steps to take after being waxed. My wife loves her wax very much and we even booked her next wax for next month. Overall an amazing experience and felt safe as a wlw with her wife to be there. Also bonus she has a very adorable dog that lets you pet her lol. I may consider getting waxed here myself once I get over my anxiety. Once I do, she will definitely be the one to wax me.

Best wax ever! I’ve been here three times now and every time has been so easy and pain free. They truly care about their wax and product ingredients to ensure the best results. What more can I add to the already awesome reviews? I waited a few days to post my own review to allow my skin to heal and to test out the recommended aftercare. This review is long overdue! If you haven't tried Katie for your waxing needs, you're missing out. I'm thrilled for my second appointment with her, especially for a Brazilian. During my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised to also get my underarms done. For this next appointment, I'm adding my upper lip. Katie is not only kind and knowledgeable but also creates a comfortable atmosphere. Let me emphasize my Brazilian experience; I've never felt so comfortable during a waxing session. Katie is quick, gentle, and my regrowth has been minimal. Thanks to her recommended products, the process was smooth. Katie's service is now my top choice for waxing, and I'm grateful I discovered it when I did!

Just moved to the area and needed a new wax place. Cosmic wax was at the top of the list on Google reviews, and the reviews didn't lie! Katie was so welcoming and attentive. She provided a lot of explanation and information regarding waxing and skin care which I so appreciated. Katie is knowledgeable and professional, and I love the special attention she pays to concerns about ingrowns and sensitive skin. Very happy to have found my new wax spot!

Lucy did a phenomenal job with my Brazilian! Lovely chat and space. They use wax made locally in the Leander area, which I thought was very cool! Very soothing on sensitive skin. I will definitely be going back!

Oh. My. God. This was my first Brazilian and Katie KILLED it. Super sweet and kind and you just automatically feel comfy. She walks you through the process and aftercare and the literal science behind it while she waxes you. Phenomenal distraction. She’s super efficient too, it was so fast. I’ll be coming here for quite a while. 🫡🩷

I had a great experience getting a Brazilian wax with Katie. It was easy to make the appointment and the actual wax was quick and thorough. Katie had to pluck some hairs and normally I hate that cause it hurts the most, but it was completely painless this time. First time that's ever happened! Studio is small, cute and clean.

I was looking for a new esti for waxing services, and I researched a lot because I have severe scarring and discoloration and was really nervous and apprehensive about it, mostly because of my own embarrassment. I stumbled upon Katie and read her reviews, and knew she was the one! She was so sweet, warm and welcoming, and really made me feel safe and comfortable! If you're an over-thinker like me, still debating whether you should make an appointment - I'm telling you, just do it. I was so nervous before coming in, but Katie was so nice and warm, I felt comfortable with her right away. The whole thing was a lot less painful than I thought it was gonna be. As in, by A LOT A LOT. Katie was quick and conversational the whole time, which kept me distracted. I'm a newbie, so I appreciated her taking the time to explain how waxing works and give after-care tips. The studio was easy to find, nice, and clean. I had no issues finding parking. I already booked my next service, which is a lot for someone who thought this was gonna be a one-and-done deal :) I'd happily recommend her to anyone. Thanks Katie!!

She also educated me on how important hydration is for you and how it plays such a big role when you get waxed! Probably the most positive face wax I’ve gotten. I liked the tech a lot. She was sweet and receptive. The wax they use was great and l quite painless compared to all my other experiences. She used a hard wax rather than a soft/strip wax, which was all I’d ever experienced up until then. Will be returning.
