I had such an amazing experience at Cosmo Contour! Everyone who worked there was so kind and helpful. It's such a unique type of workout I have never experienced before and I have tried almost every type of workout. There are so many benefits of Infared and to mix it with cardio is even that much better. I highly recommend!

I love infrared heat and I've practiced yoga in it and experienced saunas before, but this was a unique experience. They have infrared in an elliptical, a row, a treadmill and a bike, as well as a massage machine. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely come back again!

I was so excited to try this Cosmo Countour Spa in Studio City. As a fitness expert I'm always looking for new ways to workout and train my clients and I think I found it. This cool spa has an amazing private gym with infrared equipment such as stair climber, elliptical, bike and treadmill. I tried out the treadmill capsule and boy did it get hot in there. It definitely makes your body sweat more and burn more calories. After a 30 minute sweat on the treadmill, I loosened up the lactic acid in my body with the infrared roller which really helped to break up my tight muscles. Then it was finally my turn to try the EMSculpt Mio and omg my abs are still sore from that thing. Having the machine on your abs for 30 minutes is like doing 20,000 sit-ups!!! The level goes all the way up to 100. I started at 35 and by the end I was able to get to 62 and I definitely saw a difference. To finish off my day, I went into the sauna where I just relaxed while watching myself on youtube lol. Who could ask for a better time?! The staff was so nice and helped me with any questions. I also tried the lemon ginger shots which was great. This is a great place for a private workout with your girls if you want to shape your body. It's such a fun ambiance and motivates you to workout. I can't wait to come back for more.

I’ve seen Cosmo Contour on Instagram and had to try when I was in LA for a the weekend. The facility is top of the line with infrared technology installed in their gym equipment. Cosmo contour is the future of the fitness & I wish I had a location back home in Atlanta! Michelle made my experience amazing at Cosmo Contour. I’ll definitely be back 🔥

I am so happy I discovered this place, I have always been a fan of infrared so when I found out this is an infrared gym I was so excited, it made working out fun for me!

I would like to share my personal experience with this center. They are all incredibly nice and I love the machines they have. Very effective. If you don’t like the business model of paying upfront then don’t go, but if you haven’t experienced it you can’t give it 1 star as someone here did. They have a sauna and they are so open for you to try everything once you sign up and they don’t nickel and dime you. They even pay for my parking when my meter runs outs so it doesn’t interrupt my treatment. This is a women-owned small business that deserves a chance. You will notice the results right away!

So happy to have found this place as I was driving down Ventura Blvd. I was looking for somewhere I could start Bodysculpting and a new place for Emsculpt. Luckily they offered both and the place feels like you’ve stepped into another planet! So cool inside and so many futuristic machines like infrared treadmills and stairmaster! It’s like body goal heaven in here. So happy I found this oh and their staff is absolutely amazing and makes you feel so comfortable.

This business is a scam!!!! Do not pay for anything here up front!!! The girl on the telephone doesn't even speak English. They want you to pay $250 before even going in! I've never have to pay for something before going for the appointment! They also cancel your appointment same day before even being going in. The the girl on the phone said they aren't even in America.

Woman-owned business! Great customer service! Clean establishment! Easy parking! They even kept track of, and paid my meter when it ran out! So many services that can be purchsed in packages or a la carte. A literal one-stop-shop for all your body contouring needs with real results!
