The young lady that cut my hair was simply amazeing talked to me the whole time it was like a family atmosphere so I told her to do what she does and I love my haircut thank you I will return to this location along as that young lady is there thank you again

Morgan was very friendly. She took the time to understand how my son wanted his hair cut and did a great job. We had an appointment and got there early, Morgan was there and ready and waiting for us.

Morgan was AMAZING!! Got my long, curly hair trimmed and layered by her today and she did a wonderful job. I am always reluctant to go in for a haircut with someone new because of past negative experiences (curly hair isn’t the same as straight hair and not every stylist really gets it). But she nailed it and I love my haircut so much!! 10/10 - will definitely be coming back to her for future cuts!! Also must mention that she was running the whole place by herself - cutting my hair, taking calls, and booking any walk ins. She was so patient and gracious, and never lost her smile, even though I could tell it was a lot on her. So also a 10/10 on the customer service she provided for me and everyone else that came and went while I was there!!

Zero stars: The hair stylist was very rude to begin with to my 10 yr old son and I, like we were intruding in on her day. (We booked an appointment yesterday Online for this) She Didn’t bother to say hi to us, didn’t greet us, just told him to sit in # so and so chair..and then “ what # cut do we want? “We asked for a book and to see for an example & was shown a poster on the wall. I showed her a picture on my phone and hoped she got the idea. It was a faux hawk… I asked her to leave some of the blonde highlights on the top please she said she couldn’t do that it’s not possible. So she buzzed him the whole time. I paid and he was glad to get outta the chair she left so much hair in his hoodie and neck it was embarrassing… I have never been there and will never take my son again. He felt bad for her like she was having a bad day and I said maybe she was ? A bad Year!?!?!
