My son was not happy with his haircut. There is no communication through the entire process to check and make sure we were OK with how it was turning out. Not friendly service at all. At one point the hairdresser made a dirty look because my son had hair in his eyes and it was bothering him.

Always wonderful at the North Royalton Cost Cutters! Kim is my stylist and she is always so nice and I always get a fabulous hair cut. My family has been coming to this location for at least 15 years and it's like seeing your best friends each time !

i don’t think i have ever had a haircut that i’ve loved more than the one i received today! i had started the cut myself, but was too scared to finish, and felt i should seek someone out to execute what i had pictured in my head. i was not disappointed, my stylist knew exactly what she was doing and i got exactly what i wanted! great experience and she had wonderful customer service.

Kim has cut my hair for years and I would not go to anyone else! The shop is neat and clean and I feel very comfortable there! I see other people getting their hair done in the shop and they always seem very pleased, as am I. I would recommend anyone in the shop but especially Kim! She always understands what I want, but even better, she knows what style is best for me. I think that is really important! I highly recommend Cost Cutters!

Rita is awesome! She makes my children feel safe, especially my 4yr.old who is never agreeable to haircuts. She cut my 2 yr Olds hair and he loved it!. She made it look so easy! Wonderful hairstylist! I wish there was a way to upload a picture of them with their new haircuts and great big smiles! Thank you Rita!
