I forgot to comment this very late. I told the woman who colored my hair at the salon that she had to follow the color highlights I wanted, and I even showed her an example picture. But it turned out wrong and very ugly. I asked her why my hair was completely pink, and she said it would change to a different color soon. I paid 200+. I learned my lesson—I’m never going there again. Please see this pic below.

Lexi has done my 95 year old Moms hair and perms for close to 2 years. She always does a beautiful job and she’s so patient with my Mom who has Alzheimer’s. Thank You for always making Moms hair so beautiful. I highly recommend Lexi.

I went to get a wash, conditioning and hair cut. All I told Lexi was that I wanted it short and that she could go as short as she thought was good. She asked if I had ever had a Bob hairstyle ... I never had. She did a Beautiful job!!! (as she always does!) Thank-you Lexi! I've adding you to my calendar so I can keep this up!

First of all this is sable n if your gonna leave a bad review about me tell the whole truth! Yes you came to me with ur hair all knotted up I ask if ur tender headed because it was hurting you n ask if you wanted to come it out your self. You said no you do it n I said ok but don't let it get like this again also I hooked you up n you loved ur hair so much u went to get your sister after n I hooked her tangled knotted up hair also well n she loved it now let's get to why you really mad. You asked me for a tiktok hair style and I said I don't do those kinds of hair dos so u ask about a lace front n I said it's 150 you brought a glueless synthetic lace front wig that doesn't even need to be glued down but yet I sew it down n glued it lol I said you know what I'ma charge you for luxury style which is $79 and not $150 I was upset to turn around and to find out you left me a $2 tip after a great job you claimed I just did you were very happy with your hair and your hair was very tied down glue down so down when you left that salon I can't help it if you slept hard and it lifted through your night sweats also I have no idea that you had or had or is having a baby to have any kind of postpartum depression whatever that meant don't try to pull that card your mad because I said that was a slap n the face to give me 2 dollars n didn't want to do your hair any longer n blocked you also you n ur sister keep attacking my coworkers n got trespassed don't leave that part out also I had a full busy day n you knew I didn't have time to do it I started ur hair at 530 sweet heart n we close at 5 so let's not act like that when you should of been left with no hair do also you and your sister stunk really bad so let's be clear I'm a great stylist won't be sabotaging here sweetie

I am a long time customer of Cost Cutters. All I needed was a shampoo because my water heater quit on me and I don't have hot water to wash my hair with. I was charged $16.50. That was for a plain, no frills shampoo. The stylist did put a leave-in conditioner in my hair and that was the extent of the services I had done. I almost fell over when she said, $16.50. The shampoo was fine and the conditioner was fine, but $16.50 for 5 minutes of work? Wow!

I will never com back to this location. The way sable made me feel. I came in for a silk press and I was already feeling down as I struggle with post Partum depression, I wanted to feel pretty. My hair was a little knotted and I explained that to sable when I came in to get my hair done I asked her if she wanted me to comb it out first she told me no when she proceeded to comb out my hair, she made the comment “if you ever come back here with your hair like that, I will send you out the front door with a comb “ as someone who struggles with postpartum depression that really hurt my feelings and to be coming from a hair stylist is Absurd and I have never been treated this way. All of the slick comments that she has said about me and other customers while I was sitting in her chair was not cool nor was a professional. She was really rude and I will not be returning nor recommend anyone else to come here . If this is how they allow thier staff to treat people. I just wanted to feel pretty .

Michelle is the best stylist ever! I have been going to her for at least 10 years and my mom went to her for about 5 of those. She is so great at making the best of the type of hair, length and color when you ask her to do anything different. She loves to teach you how to style your hair so you look like the picture you bring in for her. She is the best! The salon has a very fun staff that make you feel so comfortable and at home. I love them ❤️!
