I will never go back. I make it a point to post reviews to help others avoid bad decisions, and this place is a prime example. Natalie, the stylist who cut my daughter’s and my hair, completely ruined the simplest request—bangs! When we left, the cuts were uneven and sloppy. Absolutely unacceptable. Never again!

My experience was not great. She chopped off way too much hair and it was uneven and the top was sticking straight up from how much she cut off the top. I had to go, while in tears, to a real hair salon to get it fixed. She kept getting distracted on the phone picking up pieces that she was not originally cutting.

Anita did a great job. She took her time to make sure my color shade was applied completely and the shade took. I got a simple haircut, but she didn't rush me through it. I will return for the great service.

I had the worst experience ever, and it was quite traumatizing. I went in to Cost Cutters thinking and believing that they were professionals and had people working who were licensed and experienced. I made an appointment ahead of time. I was so looking forward to a fresh cut and style for myself. This turned out so crazy and unreal. The girl Natalie who did my hair had very little experience but said she could do my hair. I showed her a picture of of how I wanted my haircut and style.Her manager Shelby was there observing also cutting other peoples hair. I even showed the manager a picture of the hair cut and style I wanted done. I was there 4 hours, had color done, hair treatment and during the time Natalie was working on my hair I could tell she was not sure of her self. I would remind her of how I wanted my hair to look. After closing my eyes for while and it was taking for ever for this hair cut I felt something terribly wrong going on. I looked up and saw she kept cutting hair on the right side of my head and saw there was very little there, it was starting to look like a boys hair cut on the side with patch spots on the side of my head. I wanted cry and couldn’t believe it what was happening. After questioning Natalie, her manager came and said she would be right there to help. It was too late! She tried to fix what she could do, the girl had cut off so much of my hair. No remorse and demanded to still be paid. No accountable for their BIG mistake and demanded they still get paid. They even tried to blame me the client! Unbelievable! When I asked Natalie if she had anything say, her manager Shelby said “ she will not say anything at this time, she is still learning” Natalie didn’t say anything nothing When I confronted these issues with the manager she demanded payment The First picture on Left is what I wanted and my personal pics is what I got from these people. TERRIBLE!

Lady looked nervous and that was my first red flag I still went with her because there was no other barbers available..told her how I wanted it cut she used wrong clippers cut it shorter than what I wanted, also the sides she did not blend in on my fade..now I gotta use a hat until my hair grows back smh 🤦🏼‍♂️
