the lady was really nice, so I feel bad to complain, but she knicked my son in multiple spots on his neck and ear😓 he even told her "ow, it's sharp!" and I didn't think much of it until after his cut was done and i saw it... I still recommend this place, since they usually do a perfect job, but I am a bit upset about it.

Asked for a trim as the hair was overgrown and not well cut by another stylist not from Costco Cutters. It’s great. She asked questions through the whole thing and got to know me and my hair and trimmed it up beautifully. It looks perfect. I had an event that night and I didn’t want to have my hair looked like it was just cut and it was perfect. She did a lovely job and I’ll probably go back.p.s. I have returned to CC and Dawn for the 2nd time and plan to continue. Very nice cut.
