Great spa mens site it's fully nude so it's a plus to be fully nude with the rest of the men . Amazing place this place is not for shy men just get fully naked I'll be back in January to enjoy a day of relaxing

I come here about 5times a year and every time I stay at south point I book the spa and well normally its great I had some issues this time. My massage therapist was great and did a wonderful job. But as I used the spa amenities I was a bit disgusted by all the black algae growing in the couples spa and the clarity of the spa water. I had left for a bit and came back later to grab my belongings out of the locker only to find that the staff had opened my locker on gone through it luckily I didn’t leave anything of real value in there but was extremely disappointed about this when I asked them about this they told me it’s normal for them to do that. I’m not really sure if I will be back I’m highly disappointed in all of this

We booked 8 people different treatments for a fun family day. I booked maternity massage, facial, and manicure for my 7 month pregnant wife. They called last minute and moved her nails first with no alternative time. So she couldn’t get nails painted like planned before massage. Then even though she was booked for a female massage therapist, for obvious reasons, she was then surprised with a male therapist. After complaining to the “supervisor” Romaina she offered a 20% discount on only massage. Very disappointed in how the supervisor handled the situation. You would think since we just spent a couple thousand dollars you could do more than a $37 discount. Won’t be back, wouldn’t recommend.

I entered the Spa store and not 1 host greet me as the customer, therefore I spoken to say hello but no reply back. I started not to shop but I was with someone who purchased an item and so did I. After being in the store not once the host if we needed any help. There were 5 people working and one of host name were Ishalag. Poor customer service to a guest. Everyone is equal for Respect when entering a store of business.

I’ve been to this spa many times, but not since Covid since the amenities were closed for awhile. I went back this weekend and was so disappointed. There was no tour to start, that’s a little picky but someone could have at least told me where to wait for my massage. When I did go and wait, there was a lady on her phone watching something loud as can be. Had to be a sports show cause I distinctly heard the whistle of a coach many times. When I asked the attendant, she said phones are allowed. Which was off putting since the desk she is at actually states NO PHONES PAST THIS POINT! But I guess that doesn’t apply anymore…. Then she went and turned on the tv in the ladies lounge. I never have been to a spa and enjoying a “quiet relaxing space” while watching BARBERSHOP. Not to mention I had an early appt and the granola was all over the counter. Someone before me was ridiculously messy, or it was just not cleaned up from before. The massage itself was GREAT! Tandem massage with my husband, 80 minutes, and wonderful. My massage therapists were great. However, the heated blanket was in a plastic bag of sorts. The NOISE coming from this thing was the loudest I could’ve imagined. Why? Why does that need to happen? It’s calming, you’re enjoying your time, then crinkle crinkle crinkle and it’s destroyed. Cmon costa del sur…. This used to be a favorite place of mine and now I’m sad it’s gone so far downhill in atmosphere.

Nice experience. Loved the showers. Each shower had a different aroma scent. I.e. body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Scents were: -citrus & nectar -kiwi cucumber -eucalyptus -lemongrass & green tea Nice hot sauna with water bowl to increase heat & humidity. Stream room was nice too. We paid $75 for “couples fee”. This allowed us to use the co-ed spa room with its own sauna & steam room and waterfall hot tub. $30 for single use of spa. Overall great experience. My only note to management was to add a timer (simple sand timer) to the sauna. I know I’m not alone when it comes to wanting to know how long you’ve been in there for. Also the ventilation in the couples spa room felt poor. It smelt pretty chemically and stuffy. No pictures are allowed in the spa so I got lobby photos.

I absolutely loved my spa experience. I received two services, the Goddess experience and a 1 hour massage following after. Both of my services were amazing but the best part was having access to the, pools, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room! I will definitely come back, I highly recommend coming here.

I visited with a friend and enjoyed a package. Between us we added on a few things and had an amazing experience. We enjoyed facials and massages, pedicures. We left rejuvenated, relaxed and happy. Best massages we ever had, and we've had plenty between us. The staff were all experienced and exceptional in professionalism and service. Highly recommend.

Las Vegas spa in South Point - I had a great experience for a 90 minute call hot stone massage. Afterwards I enjoyed the hot tub and then a lavender mint shower. Marina did a fantastic job. They have great products available for purchase. I highly recommend.

This is still my favorite place to get a massage after six years in Las Vegas. That’s because they happily give locals special pricing, it is well equipped and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. My issues with tight large muscle groups have me begging for deep tissue work. While the therapist I had today simply wasn’t equipped for such work, the manager made it right so I am happy - tight hip flexors and all.
