This is the best massage I have ever had. The therapist is very attentive to your comfort and pain threshold. The prices are very reasonable but to the excellence I would pay double, if that was the cost. I give this spa 5 + stars!

I had a great massage, I cannot complain about it, but I was forced to tip, I said 10 and the lady said 20. If not you are not allowed to leave, It’s a very uncomfortable situation. I don’t understand the “tip” reason, you are paying for the service, if they believe it is too cheap, increase the price but do not force people to tip. The good massage was ruined by this aggressive attitude

This was my first time I didn’t like how we managed with our clothes on. I’m not sure if this is apart of they policy now. But it should be stated that u have to have on garments then they add a towel on top of you. Found it odd to massage us over a towel And clothes. But did our feet with they bare hands and then oil was only used on the feet not back. I felt like this was a rushed experience and then had the audacity to feel entitled to a tip. That I left cause I wouldn’t do anyone like that. But I also like to get what I pay for I did enjoy my experience.

Deep tissue $70 for 60 minutes w/ therapist George who provided an intergrated massage with good pressure. George is respectful and professional. ($40 was my tip) Seriously, you don’t understand the struggle it is to find a good therapist in Chicago land area! (Thumbs up)

Massage left me sore , definitely not a licensed masseuse. She didn’t understand when I told her softer and when they put us in the sauna a customer saw me completely naked also sauna had dirty socks and smelled like bad BO.

The company needs to take out the word relax out of the name because it is the last thing you do. The hostess is very pushy and barely speaks English. It was very hard to understand her at times. She constantly came into the room interrupting the session. The massages were rushed and the time we spent in the sauna. When we came out of the sauna our belonging were put into another room and we had to change clothes in a very small spot. Once leaving the building the hostess locked us in the front door. While one of the massage therapist blocked the other door. She said we had to pay a mandatory tip. I gave them five dollars and she said “no, not enough”. I gave them another five and was able to leave the premises. I liked the massage, but they need a lot of work on customers service.

Worst massage we had ever gotten. For starters it was supposed to be 60 minutes but it was roughly 35 minutes. They rushed the entire massage and it hurted like hell, I couldn’t even enjoy it. They all made us keep our clothes on, they wore gloves, and threw towels over every piece of us they massaged. The woman I had walked away during the massage at least 5 times and she spent the majority of the time on one of my legs. The woman doing my boyfriend took no breaks but he couldn’t really enjoy it through our clothes, the towels, and their gloves. They also didn’t do our hands. This place is absolutely horrible. Do NOT waste your money !

They guy at the desk does a great job! I love the affordable prices, how close it is to home, and that they always have room for me. I hope they stick around for a long time!
