Had an appointment today at 3:30 and was also sent a confirmation email. I showed up on-time and the door was locked. I called and knocked for over 15 minutes before I left. This was truly a first for me.

I love the hair products the spa sells. I don't live close enough to the business to go in person and purchase them. I've previously ordered supplies from them and had no issue receiving them promptly. I placed an online order on 3/6 and immediately received an automated confirmation email, the order status indicated it was "awaiting processing". On 3/7 I received a standard thank you for shopping and being a loyal customer email from the business. However by 3/22 I hadn't received any updates on my order so I went online and to track my order, the order status was still showing "awaiting processing". After sending several emails to the email address listed on the website as well as leaving several voicemails for the businesses phone line, I was getting frustrated. On 3/25 I received a response to one of the emails that I'd previously sent. In the email the owner apologized for the inconvenience and delay and noted that they'd had a tragic warehouse fire that killed 3 employees. I was also told my order had shipped and if I didn't receive the order by Monday I should let them know. Obviously being a compassionate human being I responded with my condolences and understood the delay in my order due to these horrific circumstances. By 4/3 I felt I should have received the order as promised by the owner. It is now 4/19 and I have yet to receive my order-6 weeks after placing the order, nor any further communication. I'm not going to chase down the business and receive any more false promises, I have gone to my bank and disputed the charge, as Couture Beauty has already withdrew the fund on 3/7 as expected when I placed the order, although I never received the products ordered. I completely understand delays due to Covid and tragic unexpected circumstance that arise. The issue I have it lack of communication. I obviously will not order any products from the company again.

Number is disconnected. No one returns your messages if you use their contact form on the website. I was gifted $100 to use here and they are clearly scamming people. Run in the other direction

I bought a teeth whitening service through Groupon and the number given says to book appointment on website. Only there's no place on the website to do that. I called, emailed, and contacted through chat to schedule an appointment and no response after several days. Don't waste your time or money.

I came to Conture Beauty Spa today to get my teeth whitened! Kini did an excellent job!!! My teeth shade went from a 9 down to a 4!! Excellent results. And the spa is so cute and comfy!

Best spa boutique! If you are in Raleigh you must check them out. It’s a full service day spa that offers everything!!! You can literally spend the day here and have all your spa, beauty, and cosmetic needs met! Love this place! Thank you all for always providing spectacular service.

Highly recommend Couture Beauty Spa. Beautiful spa. Staff is very professional and welcoming. Superior customer service they really cater to you and make sure you are comfortable and satisfied. Definitely one of the best spa experiences I have had. I had a full day of pampering with a massage, facial, teeth whitening, lash extensions and a makeover. I was very pleased and everyone did a phenomenal job!!! L I absolutely love love love my haircut, Kini my skin is glowing and everyone is saying I look younger and refreshed, and Jazz I’m totally obsessed with my lashes you are the best ever...I still can’t believe how natural they look!!! Thank you ladies for everything!!! You all are fantastic! I’m telling everyone how great your Spa is! See you again soon!

I got my lashes done here by Jazz for the first time and I’m in love!!! Jazz did such a great job!! She took her time, she was very gentle and careful while working on my eyes and my lashes look so good and natural!!! This is the best application I have ever had. I can’t feel them, there is no irritation, I don’t see any glue residue, no clumping or anything they are just perfect. Definitely my permanent spa choice!

I bought a Groupon for teeth whitening months ago and have not been able to use it because they said they were moving and that they wouldn't start taking customers again until May but it's the end of July and the same message is on their voicemail. They do not have the option to leave a message and their website is not functional. I would like a refund but cannot contact anyone to get it.

LaShana doesn't give you what you want but focuses on what will look good on you and for your facial features. She runs her business as a business and it is very much a focus of hers to ensure that her Brand is the BEST it can be. She's a CLASS ACT, a master COLORIST, a Natural Hair Specialist, a Cosmetologist that is not only concerned about your hair but very much concerned about you inside, i.e. what you ingest, how you are eating, what you are drinking, etc. I love her and her team...Family oriented, Team mentality BUT very much about her business and reputation. I walked in and found myself in a warm, comfortable, and clean salon. The massage room has a natural wood and vegetative feel. Almetris was very welcoming and, later I found out, also a very talented masseuse. I had a detox massage, which was new for me. It focuses on the lymphatic system, where she performed rythmic movements to stimulate lymph flow at the various areas throughout the body to flush toxins. At first I didn't think it was going to be very relaxing, but she said it would be and she was right... very very right. Relaxing and detoxifying? Awesome. I also had a facial (another new!) using clay, natural oils, and witch hazel. I loved it. Talk about pampering. Thanks so much Almetris! It was wonderful.
