Horrible. I went to get my nails done and show a pic asked what the price was and I was told $65. When I went to get acrylics the lady put them on my finger and cut them without asking how long I wanted them and also said I don’t need them long. They over charged me.

Lilly did a gel pedicure for me. She got on her phone three times during the pedi which included a phone call while she was cleaning my feet. While she was putting the nail polish on I told her I did not like the color. She kept going. When she was done I told her again. I chose a different color. She then proceeded to remove the color with a dremel and wasn’t paying attention and was pressing down way too hard making my nail bed hurt. I kept telling her and she didn’t respond. I finally asked her if she understood me. She said yes but seemed as if she didn’t. She is very unprofessional. Constantly paying attention to other people and not paying attention to what she was doing. I left in the middle of the pedi.

I had been going here for a few years, then I changed nail salons then I decided I would go back with a friend of mine and then I continue to go, but the last time I had my nails done there I was just talking to the tech and showing her one of my nails and how it grows . The owner comes over and says “she’s doing what you told her to do “ she was trying to make an issue when there was no issue. .I let her know that too and I also let her know that she needed to let her nail tech do the job and get out of the business. Go back to the register with that rude attitude.Never will I go back!

We have been coming to this nail salon for quite some time and what I have found is you get what you get you are not allowed to complain because then it becomes quite an issue. If you do not like your nails you are suppose to keep your mouth shut. But I got tired of, for one thing the price would fluctuate and I was just not satisfied with the end result. These girls and guys do not needto be in such a hurry they are on their cell phones checking on kids constantly and I knew that Alley has an attitude. Seems to me these people are very needy and try and see how many people they can do instead of quality of what they do. They also will take advantage of younger girls if they can everybody that works in this salon gathered around her and started accusing her for the problem we had. We won't be back in this salon ever. They ask you if you like, you better like. When I announced to the owner I was not paying for these nails she had someone cut them off and soak the rest off. We were ask if we liked them and this is how we were treated when we said how we feel. So if you like little short fat nails it's the place to go. It's hard to find anyone to do nice nails. You people cannot make people pay for nails they are not satisfied with. I was very disappointed in Ally she acted so unprofessional as did the owner arguing in the salon and questioning a young girl as if it were her fault.

The staff here is extremely rude. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and she did it entirely wrong. So she was asked to change it. After sloppily placing another color on top I told her it was sloppy. She then proceeded to speak in a different language to a man who came over and started to yell as if I was a child. I have been coming here for years and have never been disrespected as such. Be mindful about spending your money here. Horrible customer service and they will never get my business again.

I went and got my nails done yesterday , and they were rushed I asked for very square and they were no where near that. They were all different shapes . These were supposed to be my birthday nails and they look horrible

10 stars!!! I made an appointment for 8 kids to get their nails done and when we walked into the salon, they IMMEDIATELY took all the kids back and did a fabulous job on their nails! Little designs and all! So nice and quick. I’ll forever be thankful!!

I have been coming here for several years. Helen is my girl for SNS! She always does and amazing job, and they last an entire month. I don't get pedicures often, but when I do they do a great job and the gel polish lasts a long time.

I’ve been going here for years and it’s always a hit or miss. I went today for graduation nails and I asked for a specific but simple design and she did it completely wrong. I tried to be patient and work with her and told her to just do all white instead but matte. She couldn’t even do the matte with the diamonds which is a very simple task. It just takes patience. The shape is all wonky and goofy and I absolutely hate them. And for $70 is crazy. All I wanted was medium acrylic nails with cloudy like white with white french tip.

I’ve gone here a few times and never had any issues until today, the lady doing my nails was trying to remove my SNS with nail clippers and almost ripped half of my nail off, it was bleeding and throbbing. They had to literally glue half of my nail back together in order to do anything to do it. And then on top of that they charged me full price, and charged me for a design because my French tip showed the dried up blood. And I didn’t end up getting a design, if I didn’t have bridal portraits this weekend I would’ve walked out but I had to get something done.

Prices are ridiculous! No way a pedicure should cost $69! I was happy with the service but it wasn't no $70 service...never in my life have I paid that much just for a pedicure. And I've been to California all the way to Florida using different nail salons.

Refuse to provide service for myself and my 2 daughters! Saying I needed child care. Mind you they were getting their nails done for one of my daughters birthday! The guy was extremely rude on top of it!!!!!

Loved this place. Super nice. Great customer service. They get you in quick and it’s ran very orderly. Even though it’s almost a 30 minute drive for me, I’ll definitely continue to come here.
