Torrie is magic!!! She always knows what my hair needs and is just a pure joy to be around. I put my full trust in her hands, and now my whole heart! She gave me a tarot reading at the end of my cut, which was so impressive (styling as she dispensed wisdom), and I can’t recommend it enough. Intuitive, talented and fabulous in both hair and tarot. Go see Torrie! She’s not only a great stylist, but also one of the most intuitive people I’ve ever met. I just walked out of my “Hairot” session with her. She gave me a stunning cut and a quick tarot reading while styling my hair. I cannot recommend it enough. We talked about what I was looking forward to in the coming year and my goals. The reading went deeper into the processes of how I would meet those goals, and what I could take with me and what to leave behind. Easily the best hour of my week with a killer 90’s blowout to boot! Alex is fantastic. I have very short hair, and it is not easy to find someone who can cut short hair well. I'm so glad I found this salon and Alex in particular - she does a great job (and she is a lot of fun to talk to, on top of it!).

I have been seeing Alex for years and I trust her completely! I was given Alex’s contact info before my wedding in 2019. If she moves from NYC I will have to follow her. You know when you find your hair stylist. I’ve gotten all kinds of cuts from her over the years, from long mermaid hair maintenance to almost pixie cuts. I loved my styling for my wedding also. She got the part of my hair that never lays flat to lay flat. Coz is a great salon convenient to Brooklyn on a fun strip of Manhattan avenue. I like to treat myself to a donut from Peter Pan every time I go. Their website makes booking very easy.

I have been going to Eric for highlights for many years. Eric is skilled and intuitive, explains everything he is doing and makes me feel heard and safe. I always love the way my hair looks after. And on top of it all, the head and neck massages...so relaxing and wonderful.

I love everything about Coz! It’s a relaxing environment filled with hospitality and skilled stylists. They offer tea and water when you arrive and I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes. I am always confident I’ll come out with a haircut from Meg that I love and works when I style it myself. Meg gives the best scalp massages ever and is just nice to chat with. I always recommend the salon to anyone who asks.

I have been going here for over a year now. I absolutely love my stylist MoRiya! I have curly hair and don’t trust too many people with my hair. She is a curly hair specialist and does amazing at it. Not to mention she also is a master at hair coloring. I started taking my daughter who also has curly hair and she has given her so much confidence after doing her hair. 10/10 would recommend.

Moriya gave me the perfect cut & color. I have difficult hair. Very long, a bit curly, certainly frizzy, a few grays, rich brown but with a very warm undertone which makes going blond challenging. Moriya listened to what I wanted and did deliver on melty color and even gave me a cut I LOVE. That may be a first for me. A few pieces in the front that make my ponytails look like I know what I'm doing and my down styles flows. She went easy on me because my nerves were all over the place. She may have even prepped me for a big cut... we'll see.

Eric is the best stylist I've ever had in my 30 years on Earth. He's sooo warm and friendly and makes you feel super comfortable. He's an excellent listener and makes great suggestions based on your concerns. I'd trust him to do literally anything with my hair. My haircut was absolutely perfect and my hair felt softer and healthier than it ever has. He gave me some great tips and walked me through how to style my hair at home. The salon itself was lovely and relaxing. They carry really interesting brands/hair products so it's fun to pick up a few items while you're there!
