The time I came before was wonderful but this time they were difficult to work with so I didn’t get the services I was seeking. I don’t plan to come back in the future.

wanted to charge me $95 for a fill for deep french tip and stated it would be for shape color and to remove my rhinestones from my old set and told me that they did not have the color powder in which they did i was looking right at it and per the reviews someone has the same nude , i politely told them that it was okay and i left , honestly i do no think they like servicing people of color in that shop it has been my 3rd time trying them the first time was great for my toes the 2nd time my toes looked horrible and someone had to fix them and they still were not done right . so for the 3rd experience you tell me someone can do it then turn around and start naming all these prices i will not be back as i am new to this area they honestly deserve 0 stars ‼️‼️

Had a terrible experience, management did not engage in active listening to needs and wants. Management displayed presumption and an accusatory approach in meeting desired outcome. Will not be returning and would caution other colored patrons.

A year ago, I went to Mimi to get my lashes done- they immediately fell out. A couple of weeks ago, I decided to give cozy nails another try, and my lashes came out horrible. There wasn’t any isolation and too much glue on my lashes- which caused loss of lashes. Additionally, the lashes looked like cluster lashes- not individual ones.Mimi stated that my lashes were too thin; however, I never had any issues anywhere else.

I went to this establishment for nail service as a regular client of a nail tech relatively new to this salon, it was my first time. No one greeted me when I walked in which was not an issue initially however, everyone after me was greeted very warmly. While being serviced I noticed an older woman standing at the receptionist counter was staring at me, I looked away (multiple times) however she continued so I proceeded to have a staring contest with her. It was very rude to say the least and she maintained a stale face, no smile or anything. I paid $88 not including tip for a basic fill in with design nothing fancy at all ( I have never paid that in my life for a fill in) however in this establishment they name their price. Good customer service is essential and if a certain clientele is preferred they should post that on the door. Although majority of what I paid was spent on the nail tech and the service she provided I would prefer they not receive a penny of my money. I did not feel welcome and I will not return/recommend. Response: PLEASE! I have no reason to lie on you nor your establishment. Never been there before and for that to be my first time it left a lasting impression just because you claim you reviewed footage and wrote an essay does not invalidate my experience at this shop. It’s of no benefit to me to waste my time writing a false review I have better things I could be doing. I’m sharing my experience because poor customers service is unacceptable. LIE FOR WHAT! Call me what you want that old lady knows what she did. Clearly there was not enough work since she had to stand there watching me. Do better instead of trying to justify negativity. No matter who I am a customer of I visited this shop for service and paid your shop. No one wants to go anywhere for relaxation and pampering and be treated like I’m not a PAYING customer. Your personal issues with the nail tech that you are attempting to slander is no business of mine. That was your business relationship with that individual and should in no way correlate with me as a customer. Keep it professional.

This is the worst nails i’ve ever had. bulky and not painted to its fullest. very unsatisfied this was not worth 60 dollars.

My finance and I went Saturday to get pedicures. This was the worst pedicure I have had in my life. I told the girl I had ingrowns and she looked at me like I was crazy and said I didn’t, I know I do because I can feel them, she barely touched my toes with the clipper and said she got it out. No you didn’t. The polish on my left big toe looks like a child painted it. Also, I’ve never left a nail salon with my feet just as rough as when I went in, she barely scrubbed with the pumice stone so it’s like I never had anything done. $60 for a gel pedicure is ridiculous to begin with but I don’t mind paying that if I get good service. I have given this place multiple chances but no more. This time was the worst ever. Sorry but if I am paying that much money I want to be satisfied. Not sure what all the hype is about this place, maybe because they are nice. That’s about it because this service I got was horrible.

I’m new to the area & was recommended to come here. I brought my grandma and I do not regret at all!! The moment we walked in, all staff members greeted us and the service was phenomenal. My grandma had a mani/pedi, while I had a mani & new acrylic set. Rubi did such a wonderful job with my nails and took her time but still so efficient. She check-in with me to make sure I like every single step. Bao & Nancy serviced my grandmother and she absolutely loved the work they did. We cannot wait to come back!!

They were in to much of a hurry, They turn your massage chair off while you're getting a pedicure so they can rush you to do your nails at the same time. I go for a pedicure to relax and get a massage not feel rushed. Also for the amount of money that I spent my nails should've lasted ALOT longer than 5 or 6 days!

Got a full set with designs and rhinestones few weeks ago paid $170, then today I just got a fill in 1 nail fix and gel polish toes it was $166!! Tell me how you pay the same amount, then had the nerves to say the young lady stayed pass closing! My nails looked better than this when she paid 170! I see why the lady quit wks ago, her boss is controlling and very arrogant! I watched her stand over her workers the whole time to see what they are doing and they couldn’t even work for her interrupting them!! I paid and left, see why it’s hardly ever anybody in there! I do not recommend‼️‼️‼️ No matter what you get you still paying $200 pretty much!! The young lady that did my nails look like she was to scared to speak!

I had a great experience here getting a gel manicure with a perfectly done design. Ruby did my nails and I highly recommend her! It was very relaxing 😊

Great and fast service and a nice selection of colors. I had a gel manicure done and a spa pedicure. The pedicure included exfoliation, hot towel, callus removal, and an awesome massage! Loved my experience here!

I was traveling and a nail chipped so I wanted to get them done and found Cozy nails on google. The spa is very nice and the staff was also. I was just expecting more for the price point here. This was the first time I have been charged for the previous gel polish removal on top of the manicure. Also at other places in the same price point I have always been offered champagne, wine, a latte, or even just a bottle of water but was offered nothing here. The serve was quick and efficient which I needed that day because I had a meeting to go to but they did not know that and if I had more time I would have been disappointed at the speed. I would have expected a short hand massage and such for the price point but did not ask because I had places to be. My nails look good and I got compliments but I feel they were not painted as close to the nail bed as they normally are. All and all it is not a bad place to go but it is expensive for the service I got.

The first time I went here, my manicure wasn't done well, but my feet were beautiful. I decided to give this place another chance.. mistake. My nails started to crack, not even a week after. I've been getting my nails done with sns for over 2 years. I was disappointed after getting such good reviews from others.

The pedicure was amazing. Q is the best especially the massage oh my gosh. My husband's pedicure was done by ruby and she is great too and so nice. Will visit again
