I Googled “best haircuts in Omaha” when I needed someone to fix a bad cut and color years ago. Enter: Stacey at Craft Salon. She was and is amazing. She was straight forward and honest that I was going to have to lose more hair to get to the long term desired result. She fixed my cut and then consulted on what to do about my color. Two years later, I’m a regular of Stacey’s. Hair care is self-care and Stacey is an expert in the craft. For more good hair days, I highly recommend her!

They are very professional and very friendly. They really make you feel comfortable and they don't push you to try and sale you products unless you ask them. They do a great job on explaining the procedures and what they feel would be best but they leave the choices up to you. I am very satisfied with the visit I had. I had highlights put in my hair and afterwards I will say my hair felt so soft. Do a big thank you to Zeb and Ember for doing such a great job on my hair. I can now love the way my hair looks again

A woman's hair is her beauty...my papa used to say. I had a great experience. Very pleased with the results... My hair looks great, the color and the style. Must of all... The people that work at Craft are professional, polite and KIND. There's no price for kindness. In an apathetic world is nice to be surrounded by hard working and genuine people. Thank you guys! Not just the hair but the way people treat you... makes you feel beautiful.

Ashley T. was phenomenal. She gave me the icy, ashy color that I love and I could tell she was very passionate about her work and took the proper time to ensure I would get the results I wanted. She used great techniques and I was really impressed and enjoyed my experience being new to this area. I would recommend her to anyone and I can’t wait to return for more excellent service!

My husband, baby, and I moved to Omaha back in August so knew nothing of the area. In November, I started looking at salons because I needed and wanted something new done with my hair (having a baby just makes you want a new hair style). I reached out via email for a free consultation they advertised online and they immediately responded and got me in. I met Ari who asked what I wanted done, I told her I had no idea just something different that would give my hair volume and life since I have PP hair loss, she told me her recommendation and I was down to try it so we scheduled it a day before we were due to get Christmas pictures. All-in-all, Ari did a fantastic job on my hair and I loved it. Just went back for my 8-week trim and am still in love. I have had bad experiences with salons in the past so I’m always scared of trying a new place, but I definitely recommend anyone to come here. Everyone was so nice. Also hooked on their hair care products they sell there.

Stacey was able to get me in on short notice!!! She did an amazing head massage and shaped up my hair from a big chop I did to donate my hair. I had so much confidence after she fixed me up😍

This salon is not respectful at all and the hair stylists friends have been harassing me on social media. I even swore while I do not have psychical evidence the hair stylist has stalked me. Before I went: I was texting a number that told them what I wanted with a given formula. They acted as if they tried a formula another hair stylist posted online to share with others, was illegal or would harm them? The stylist offered to fix my hair for free at first, if she got the approval of her boss since it was not what I wanted, but the owner of the salon said I MUST pay more. During the consultation they treated me like a kid, did not ask me anything, about lifestyle or job, nothing. The stylist looked at my hair, spoke with the owner, then just came back and told me they can do it today. I had to tell them my hair history, they just said 'ok'. I tried to be kind because when I confronted the stylist about it being too dark in person, she seemed flustered. I tried to let them down easy in person. The stylist said I could reach her over facebook.. I did. Then the owner reached out over email. When the owner refused, I did get upset. They said I attacked them, etc. I thought maybe small claims was my best option. I had blocked them on everything. Then SHE found me on TIKTOK and got her friends to HARASS ME. I am sure they even found me on reddit as well. I never used their names or anything on any socials. I have never experience this with a salon in my life.

This was my first time at Craft. I was greeted promptly and was given a tour of the salon. It's absolutely stunning. I had my hair done by Stacey. She was so kind and personable. I showed her my inspo pics and we got right to it. Stacey let me know exactly what she was doing and why. My hair came out perfectly! Loved my whole experience. 10/10 recommend

From the minute I walked into the salon, I immediately felt at ease with the beauty and organization of the salon along with the friendly staff that greeted me when I walked in the door. Fresh coffee or water was offered right when I sat down, and I love that the stations had zero clutter (great for my OCD)! There are separate stations for coloring and cutting, which I thought was awesome. Each stylist is able to embrace their strengths, whether it's coloring or cutting, and the owner Zeb really helps them improve their skills while working. My hair felt amazing after, I highly recommend going to Olivia for any color needs! My style was perfect after as well I'll definitely be back!

First time appointment with Craft Salon, and it was fantastic. From a warm greeting upon entering and even getting a tour. Chelsea was my stylist and she was excellent! Very skilled, beautiful hair cut and a magical scalp massage. The hair products they use are the best smelling products I have ever smelled. I bought two of them. I will most certainly be back. Thank you Chelsea!

I love coming here because I always feel like my hair health is the number one priority. As someone with dry, wavy, fine, frizzy hair, I always walk out feeling more confident with healthier and stronger hair. They do an amazing job of answering all my questions about products and what I can do to maintain strong healthy hair. There’s a reason why my sisters and mom keep coming back and have been clients for many years!

It was my first time getting my hair done ever so I was super picky on which salon to go to. After reading all the great reviews I decided this was the salon to go to and I was not disappointed! This salon truly deserves all of the good reviews. Maggie did my highlights and she did an absolutely stunning job! Chelsea did my cut and style and her work is amazing! Everyone at this salon is super nice, even their customers. The atmosphere is so welcoming and the staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. I’ll be recommending this salon to everyone and will come back again!
