Beautifully designed salon and even more delightful people. For at least a decade, Craig has been my stylist and I don’t even have a lot of hair left but he makes my hair look great and I always feel more confident when I leave. Can’t say enough good things about Craig and the salon. Support this small business!! It’s worth every penny.

I always get fantastic service at this salon and the vibe is fun and relaxing. I’ve been dying my hair for a long time and Melly Suarez is prob the only stylist I’ve encountered who knows how to get the perfect combination of vivid but also deep tone that I want in my hair. She always gets the assignment!

I went in for a wedding trial appointment and Eddie nailed it!! He listened to all of my wants and needs and made sure I was super happy with the end result. I felt like a princess and made sure to snag him for my wedding. I would definitely recommend coming here to look and feel your best!! All of the staff were super helpful with recommendations with future hair care and prep for the wedding. 10/10 will come here again for future cuts & services.

Angela is outstanding - I’ve been a regular client of hers for 5 years. Her customer service is AAA and she keeps my hair in excellent condition. The salon atmosphere is truly relaxing and well stocked with premier hair products. I highly recommend Angela, Craig, Eddie, and the entire team!

The care and respect that Craig’s entire staff provides is purely in a class to itself. Rafael, my stylist, is beyond attentive and intuitive with my needs, which is a level of service you just don’t find anywhere else.

I have fine curly hair and nothing grows out slower than a bad haircut so April is the only person I let touch my hair. I’ve been seeing her for years and now my friends and daughters also only go to April cause she’s that amazing.

Craig is a seasoned professional that takes his time with his vision and craft. My hair was severely damaged from another salon, Craig immediately knew what had been done and how to correct it. Craig worked magic on my thinning hair and gave it shape! He also updated my color to a gorgeous "lived in blonde"! It now has depth and a softer look. I left with New product (not too much) and great instructions on how to do my hair at home and for a special occasion. Thank you so much!

I had the best experience with Zane!!! I had never been to a "real salon" before and was anxiously excited for my appointment. I got some dimensional highlights and a long haircut, and this experience was one of the best/most comfortable experiences I've ever had with a hairstylist. Firstly, the salon itself is so warm and welcoming. You never feel out of place and everyone I interacted with is so incredibly kind. The seats are also very comfortable. Zane was extremely knowledgeable and happily answered all of my questions. It made me absolutely confident that they knew what they were doing and I loved learning more about haircare/coloring/styling. Truly an artist AND chemist haha! They also were super precise and constantly made sure that I was comfortable with what they were doing and I liked it! They were even sweet enough to schedule a follow-up appointment to make some color adjustments after we were done because I was so indecisive and didn't truly know what I wanted until after I saw the end product and realized I wanted more highlights than I initially asked for. Zane also continued to answer my questions after my appointment was over when I was figuring out what color-safe products to use. I'm telling y'all, Zane is SO KNOWLEDGEABLE. The prices were also super fair and Zane made sure to break everything down for me, so I knew exactly what I was paying for and made sure I was comfortable before we started the process. Absolutely no scamming here! I will 100% be returning to Zane specifically for touch-ups and additional cuts. I truly recommend Zane at the Craig Piatti Salon to anyone in Austin looking for a fresh cut or some creative colors!

The Salon is a great place to relax and chill. Everyone was attentive. The owner came up and introduced himself and asked if I was happy with my cut and color and asked if I needed anything. I was very impressed. April is a gem of a stylist/hairdresser. She always listens to what I am asking for with my hair and exceeds my expectations. If you are looking for a Salon that takes good care of you and come out feeling great, then this is the place to go to!

Craig and his staff made me feel welcome and was very attentive. Craig was able to cut my hair and restore my confidence. I have began loosing my hair and he was able to cut my hair and hide my receding hairline. Fantastic salon, fantastic cut.

Laura at Craig Piatti Salon did it again! For many years now, Laura gives me the perfect full highlights in an amazing blonde shade, haircut and styling and gets me ready for all the summer activities and travels. The salon is beautiful, casual and comfortable and the communication is easy and efficient. I highly recommend a visit!
