Beautiful facilities and the staff is incredible. Jeli has done several facials and I couldn’t be happier with my results. She discussed my concerns and goals and laid out a plan that I’m committed to. Her facials are so peaceful and the massage aspect I always melt. I cannot recommend her enough and I can’t wait to see more progression under her care.

I got my lips injected and Botox around my eyes, Marisa did an amazing job!! I’ve had this procedure done many times in the past but NEVER have I ever had it done with such an art form. The atmosphere is beautiful, the staff is friendly and the injector is a gem!! Definitely going back ♥️

I’ve been debating if I should write this review because it’s been over two months since I’ve been here but truthfully I think people should know what they’re getting them selves into when they go to this medical spa. I went in for lip filler. This had been my second time going here for it. The first time, well it was okay, nothing amazing but they got the job done. But the second time left me wondering why this girl decided to tell me what she told me. I went in and told Her I wanted one full syringe, knowing I already had one (taken in count, JUST ONE syringe from a previous injection. Well we got to talking and she Said she recommended 1/2 because her exact words were “one full syringe will make people give you ugly looks and look At you a certain way that isn’t right” she Was extremely discouraging of giving me a full one and for At least 15 minutes we went back and fourth of me telling her I still wanted the full one. So at the end of the day she didn’t seem pleasant to have me there or anything. I tried to make small talk so it wasn’t as awkward. I was still nice and tipped but it really left me feeling weird. I went to another spa recently and I got a completely different treatment compared to what I got there. I don’t recommend it, there are way better spas out there that do the same jobs, like the one on university right next to Sephora. Same prices, different service and they Won’t make you feel bad for wanting to get your lips a little bigger when you’re not going in for a soft look.

I’ve been going to Crave since they opened for almost every service there and it’s been nothing but impeccable! Debra, Marissa and all of the staff there are just so sweet and great at what they do. I highly recommend Crave!

Came in for a facial and left feeling like a million bucks! Service is great, prices are competitive, but I feel like I get more for my dollar & I am a valued client not just another number to them. Weight loss shots worked wonders for me, met with Doc & didn’t have any issues with feeling unwell, got great results & advice when I needed it. I highly recommend.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH about this awesome place! Such an uplifting, positive environment! Getting injections can be nerve wracking! Marissa put me at ease right away. She could sense my nerves and explained that starting with a more conservative amount allows me to come back and add more if I felt like I need it. She was so right!!! I am so happy with my results!!! 10/10 highly recommend!!!

I always get the best care and treatment over at Crave Medical spa. The staff is always so kind and Marissa is the absolute best injector I’ve ever had. She is always so sweet and you can tell she cares about you as a patient/client. I always trust her work because she truly does the best job!

Instead of being upfront and telling me they weren't currently providing the services I booked through a text or phone call, or even when I walked in, they instead had me fill out forms and tried to sell me other services. Wasted my time

The staff will make you feel welcome, excellent customer skills. I chose spa based on reviews & they are not wrong. I recommend this place. I had the thread lift and I couldn’t be happier. I think any treatment you choose you will come out extremely happy. Most definitely visit crave spa, I recommend it.

Went to Crave for a massage while I was visiting Fort Worth, and had the best experience! Excellent customer service from the minute I walked in, the receptionist Jess was so friendly & welcoming. I was really looking forward to my massage with Normaris and she did not disappoint. She's AMAZING... believe me when I say she has magic hands, it was the best massage I've ever had!! She worked all the stress and tension out of my body, I can still feel the relief 10 days later. I will definitely be booking another massage with her when I am in town again. Can't wait to come back and try some of their other treatments, and buy some of the cute, Texas boho items they have in their boutique. Once you go, you'll know why it's called Crave!

Carolee did the most amazing job doing my waxing services and derma-plane. Perfection !!! Marissa has been doing my Botox, lips and cheeks and all I can say is she truly is a Master Injector. Her credentials are well deserved !!!

Crave Med Spa is a peaceful sanctuary. The facial felt like luxury; the massage therapy was amazing and beyond relaxing. I left feeling so relieved, calm, and stress free. The true testament of how good the massage was, is in QUALITY of sleep I got after my massage (I slept like a baby). I also have cystic acne and the facial made my skin glow. I was seriously GLOWING!!! I highly recommend Crave Med Spa (Normaris and Gena are the plug!!!)

I had an amazing experience at Crave. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by the super friendly receptionist and she went above and beyond to make sure I would have a good experience. I was a little nervous and by the time I was ready for my appointment the jitters had disappeared, so thank you you're a star! I got my lips done by Marissa who advised me to do less than I initially thought which is totally fine they look perfect. She was phenomenal and really made me feel GORGEOUS! We follow up soon & I will continue going here. They will take care of you for sure!

As someone with a large family of women who work in this field, I have been to LOTS of amazing spas, that being said, this place is my favorite! The place is gorgeous and the staff is wonderful! Alecia did an incredible job on my lips and Botox! I will never go to anyone else again! She takes her time making you feel very comfortable and is highly skilled in what she's doing! I will be sending all my friends and family!

Be aware that there is no sign outside of the building and you can continuously call the establishment and no one answers. They then call to tell you that you'll need to reschedule because you are late. It's impossible to find an establishment that has no sign. If by chance you do go, it is in the strip mall next to Haltom's up a staircase that has no sign or address. Go to the top and enter a door (which also has no sign), go down a dark hallway a couple of door and go in. You'll be greeted by the rudest, most unfriendly joke of a receptionist there is. She'll tell you that you should have called the number she texted the appointment confirmation from and not the number you called to make the appointment. Hopefully their services are better than their customer service. Now, to drive two hours back home. What a waste of a day. Hopefully what comes around goes around to the receptionist. After making a new appointment (foremostly to let the technician know that I didn't just 'miss' my first appointment), I updated my review. I would give Alecia 5 stars. She is an absolute delight. She is knowledgable, informative, encouraging and will tell you when she thinks you are asking for too much 'work' to be done. She takes her time and I never felt rushed no matter how many questions I had. She did a great job and it didn't hurt at all (although she tells me that when she does filler it will hurt a little).

My mom and I went and had our eye brows microbladed today with Alecia and Amanda - we are both beyond thrilled with our results! They both did such a wonderful job truly listening to what we each wanted and making sure we had our individual preferences met with shape and color! The consultation portion made us both feel so at ease! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking into this service. This is just day one for me so I know the color will lighten a little and then I will go back for my touch up in a few weeks. But wow what a huge difference already. So happy!
