This is a nice salon, but I did not see a perceptible difference between the Russian manicure and pedicure and any standard one I’ve gotten at other places. Which is a shame, since it’s easily twice as much.

Staff is so nice here but every time I get a manicure here I leave with bloody skin around my nails and unevenly filed nails.

I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. I went in for a Gel-X manicure, and after just one day, four of my nails fell off. When I called to ask for a refund, they told me they couldn't provide one, only a credit for future services, which was incredibly frustrating. I went back to get the nails that fell off redone, and they told me I wouldn't have to pay for the fix. Fast forward a month, and I tried to use my credit for a regular gel manicure. They then told me I had very little credit left because they had used it without telling me after my last visit. This is dishonest and unprofessional behavior. To make matters worse, one of my nails was filed down so thin that it hurts. I shouldn’t have had to keep coming back for fixes when the set should have lasted over two weeks. Terrible management, dishonest staff, and a complete waste of my time. Would not recommend.

Jennie always makes me feel like the best version of myself. She's goes into great detail and explains every step of her process as she does my lashes. This shop makes me feel very comfortable and I will be a repeat customer for sure. Don't walk- RUN to get your lashes done by Jennie 🤍

It's unfortunate the way my nails came out because the nail tech was so sweet! I didn't realize it at the time because I had been awake for 24hrs but my nails looked really bulky and uneven. The toes came out great! However the pedicure and manicure was very basic for what you are paying. I paid less than $200 for the services that day. Just leaving my take here.

The nails staff is unprofessional, Book my appt w a certain nail tech and once arrived I was greeted by another tech when nails were done it was not what I asked for. Will never go back.

I’ve been coming for awhile and the nails are great but I just called and requested a refund of my deposit 47 hours prior to my appointment time (they only require 24 hours) and they refused to give me a refund of my deposit. They wanted me to rebook on the phone even though I told them I didn’t know my schedule that far in advance. Management is terrible!

I booked online a russian gel manicure and a russian pedicure. Stephanie was my amazing technician! She truly did a fantastic job. Usually, a regular manicure doesn't clean the cuticle area enough for me. My daughter (5 years old) received a manicure and pedicure, which was cutesy and done well🥰 This is not a cheap service because it takes time with a russian type mani/pedi, but it was well worth the price! Only one thing about the booking was that I booked with another technician, but Stephanie is who provided the service, which turned out to be amazing👏🏾

Came here to say this is by far the best nail spot i’ve ever been to!! Very clean and well organized with a relaxing atmosphere. But a big thank you to Mary! My go-to girl, she kills it every time she does my nails and i get so many compliments. 10/10 recommend🫶🏽

I have been getting gel manicures for years, I have to say this is the best. My nails looks fabulous. Great environment, relaxing, clean and they use organic products. I will definitely be back. I saw Sassy, Fabulous!. Thank you ..see you in two weeks!

I wish I could give this place more stars because it’s so convenient for me to go here but it’s been the second time going to this nail salon and the nail tech I had rushed through my nails and both times I was unhappy. This second time I went she put 3 coats of gel on one hand and only two on another and they are clumpy and look terrible. They did offer me to come get them fixed but I am leaving for an event (which is why I wanted a fresh manicure) and don’t have time to get them fixed before next week. They were unable to accommodate in any other way. I don’t know the nail techs name otherwise I would put it here. Will not be back.

They really just wasted my time. I told the girl that the front desk I wanted to do a fill for my nails and a Polish change for my feet after she does the polish change. She then tells me no one is available to do my nails and they're about to close mind. You right now is 6:30 and I got there way before 6:30 because I was getting my feet done. It's unacceptable wasting my time. I went here because I really needed to get my nails done for an event and I wouldn't have time tomorrow after work. So now I'm left scrambling to find another nail salon after spending half my time in their salon and now all the nail salons are about to close terrible service
