There are recent reviews and I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for the past six months and I’m not able to get a call back when I leave a message. I’m thinking of just stopping by over there, but if they’re closed down, I don’t wanna make the trip so if anybody has a contact number for this salon, please let me know

I had my hair highlighted for the first time in life with Diego Pavoni and he did a great work. Also, I got a haircut with him many times and he is the best! He is a great professional with excellent techniques and he works with quality products.

Did my hair with Diego. What an amazing professional! He explained everything about the treatment he was going to do on my hair and why I needed it. He’s very passionate about his job. I got a haircut, strengthening treatment and started a home treatment with the products he recommended. It’s been a couple of weeks now and I can see a huge difference on my hair. Coming back soon for my hair Botox and highlights.

I had a haircut on Sunday 16th with Diego and I was beyond happy with the overall experience. Since I got into the hair salon I was greeted by them, Camila made the preparation and treatment on my hair with all care and sympathy:) Diego attended all my expectations on my haircut also giving me tips to take care of my hair at home and I’m surely coming back! Thank you Diego and Camila you guys deserve thousands of stars.

I have a hard time finding a good stylist for my hair. This was my first visit to this salon and had my hair cut by Fariba. It's the best cut and style I've had in years! Fariba was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on a haircut that worked best for the shape of my face and even considered my lifestyle. In addition to the fantastic haircut she made the experience pleasant with good conversation and a great attitude. I highly recommend going to see her

Absolutely love Diego Pavoni. After I came and he took care of my hair I became a fan because the care and knowledge he has is one of a kind. I have gone blond with him, I have gone back to Brunette, I do treatments and color. I’m always so happy. It’s rare to find a professional that takes caring for hair like it’s science, like a mission. With him you can come and relax because he never delivers anything less than his best. Like I said. After 7 years finally found a hairstylist I’m happy with! Diego is more than a hairstylist, he is a hair consultant! Diego takes time to guide you how to take care of your hair at home and recommends products that fits your lifestyle, hair type and budget. My only concern is one day he become so well known in San Diego and never have schedule available anymore!!! 😂 and he is bilingual! So if you are Brazilian like me, here’s your guy! Feels nice chatting in portuguese in a hair saloon, brings you back home for a sec.

Fabiola have been transforming my hair and my confidence 💖 she is wonderful, very caring and is making me feel like a star ⭐️ with a beautiful and heath hair. I came to her because my hair was falling, dry, opaque and needed a level up! She treated it first to make it stronger and then did my hair lights to make it beautiful and now every week she is giving a different treatment to my hair in order to help it grow be health and shine ✨ I already saw so much results in only 3 sessions! Hello, everyone! I got my hair done with Diego and I couldn’t be happier with the result. It’s been almost a month and my hair looks perfect and very healthy! He was able to get the color that I wanted without damaging my hair. On top of that, both him and Camila are really nice and friendly. I had a great experience and I would recommend him to everybody.

I absolutely love this hair salon. I specifically use them for hair extension installation and style; they never disappoint. Ediana and her assistant are so talented, it's unfair. Prices are extremely competitive and their work is much better than my last two previous hair stylists. So glad to have found them!

I got my hair done with Marcelo. I LOVE my hair so much! He was so thorough and really took his time making sure my hair was perfectly done. I was having a little bit of an extension emergency while on vacation and was able to get in with a last minute appointment. Not only was I taken care of immediately, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They removed my old extensions, hand washed, brushed, and dried each piece very delicately, provided a treatment, and replaced my extensions with great attention to detail. They took their time and made sure each step was taken with consideration and care. I was beyond impressed. I felt that the health of my hair was their number one priority rather than to simply make a sale or add on services. To top it all off - my hair looks absolutely incredibly and feels the best it has in weeks! Cannot recommend this salon enough if you are in the San Diego area.

My hairdresser is Diego Pavoni. I highly recommend him and the salon. He also has Camila (his wife) by his side helping with everything making the customer service incredible. He is a professional you can count on, after coloring my hair he helped me with all the information for my hair maintenance at home.The correct guidance of a professional makes all the difference. My hair was dry, lifeless, dehydrated and with the guidelines and products indicated, with just a single wash my hair was transformed. My hair color was spectacular, beautiful. He is the best! The OWNER of this hair salon installed my extensions improperly. My head was in so much pain, I couldn’t sleep at night. Threads were hanging and showing. The extensions were falling out every other week. I wasn’t familiar with these type of extensions though, so I tried my best. I decided to visit another salon and that’s when they told me the extensions were put in wrong and my real hair was ripping out. Several hair stylists looked at my extensions and agreed. I called the salon and asked for my money back from just the installation. I said it was ok to charge me for everything else they did, including the hair I got and she was incredibly upset and refused. She pretended that it was not her on the phone and told me I must be mistreating my hair. She told me the other hair stylists must be lying to me to get me to spend more money. She repeatedly asked for their names, which was weird. She insulted me and now she is posting lies under this. I will not be bullied or pushed around. I make all of my own money and I have enough money to pay for all my services. I gave this salon many many tries. I am shocked by the treatment I received. To be told extensions are literally ripping out your hair and then to be screamed at for that is actually traumatizing. I was kind to all the workers there and none of my payments declined, not once. I got angry on the phone with the owner, when she started telling me this was all my fault and refusing. She was screaming over me and telling me I mistreat my hair. I got nasty because my hair is literally being ripped out and I’ve been so uncomfortable, I can’t sleep at night and she would not listen or let me speak. Lying about customers under your reviews will not help you.

This place is horrible! They are only interested in selling you as much as they can! I went in for a haircut and a few extensions for fill in. The women there told me I needed a color correction and Keritan and said it would not damage my hair. Well she was wrong! Completely broke my hair and it is worse than ever! I also got sew in extensions from the owner Edi, who couldn’t even get there on time, and she has no idea what she is doing. She folded my extensions in a weird way so all the weight was in the back and attached it with very few beads so it could break my hair more. My daughter is a hair dresser in another city but came into town and just couldn’t believe they were done like this. I started to make another appointment for a root touch up but then she said I needed hair botox too! I immediately canceled and did not go in. All they want is your money and DO NOT care about the integrity of your hair and do a shotty job of installing extensions too. They are liars! Edi did in fact do my extensions! She scheduled it on another day and had no idea what she is doing and in fact Keritan can break your hair when too many passes and too high a heat is used… also a bleach bath was used on my hair to remove color. Stay away!!!!!

This place will definitely discriminate you if you're pregnant while looking for a job, I'm 6 months pregnant and was looking for a job. I wanted to come here because I saw all the good reviews. I came in for an interview and met with the owner, she seemed very nice...at first. After I had my interview she told me that she would be emailing me details to be hired. 1 week went by and I heard nothing. So I called asking why I haven't heard anything and the woman said that she would call me back in 4 hours (never called back) I decided to go in person to ask, as I'm approaching the salon with my husband I saw the owner sitting outside and I assumed that she would come talk to me (she didn't) I go inside and ask the girl at front desk why I haven't heard anything back. She says she'll be right back to talk to the owner, my husband was waiting outside for me and said he said he saw the two girls laughing, the girl comes back inside and tells me that the chairs are full and that it takes forever to get hired. I found it super rude that the owner would straight up laugh with the another girl and not come talk to me herself. I called today to see if I could finally get an answer, I called twice and no answer. I called on my husband's phone to see if they would answer, they did and the woman said she'll call back of course she doesn't. Obviously, they don't want to hire me because I'm pregnant. Honestly, I'm actually pretty surprised that people would act this way. I don't understand why the owner can't step up and act like an owner and tell me straight up it's not going to work out, but to keep avoiding me is completely rude and unprofessional.
