I just want to say thank you so much for being respectful and working with me when I got my hair done ❤️ I appreciate you so much! I may have a hearing loss but you treated me like how you would with everyone else. She guides me to what area I need to be in and lets me know what she is going to do before she does it. For example; she will signal so I understand that I need to get me hair washed. (I have to take my hearing aids out when I’m there), and then a tap on the shoulder before she turns on the water so I don’t freak out. She learned to communicate with me in a different way. She has adapted to the way she needs to signal to me and has shown/told her apprentices how to signal me as well. You are honestly the best hair dresser I could ever ask for! You’re respectful and work with accommodations, PLUS you are great at the work you do with hair! GO TO HER IF YOU WANT A GREAT SERVICE! I now drive 4 hours (since I moved away) to have her do my hair 💕 SHE is the only reason I’d drive 4 hours just for hair! I started going to her when she started her business ❤️ these are just some of the colors she has done on me 💕 I swear she’s a hair magician 🎉 😍😍

Great salon, Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcomed. The enviroment is great along with the music. The hairstylist and nail techs have great service! Be sure to check for Alexis for your dream hairstyle needs! If you need a nail tech definitely go to Shana and Flower!

29 years later and I’ve finally decided to change the color of my hair. This was a huge commitment and a terrifying one at that, but I gotta say the service, the experience and the overall outcome exceeded my expectations and I have to say I loved it all! I don’t think I can go back to my original hair color after this! 😂 Thank you for taking care of me on this journey! I highly recommend this service

This was my very first time at Creative and I’m never going anywhere else! I did some research and from what I read and saw in multiple pictures led me to book an appointment. It all started with striping my hair of years of previous dark brown, near black color. The color correction/strip was an added expensive charge, time consuming process to what I envisioned for my dramatic transformation, but it was needed to protect my hair and have the outcome I desired. If you’re going to spend time, research, and money on something as important to you as your hair you need to really leave your head in the hands of a professional that’s going to educate you on on what needs to happen to achieve your look the healthiest way possible. I found that exact Gem 💎 in Sissy at Creative Beauty! Once I met with Sissy, she was nice enough to educate me on what would need to be done to my hair, looked at the details in the pictures of what I wanted, as well as how she would treat/take care of my hair through the whole process. I was going for a nicely blended balayage ...and that was exactly what she delivered. I was completely amazed at the transformation that took place. Sissy is very knowledgeable and delivered exactly what my vision entailed, and I don't think I could ever go to somewhere else now that l've found her. 10/10! She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely talented in her craft, what more could you want? Seriously, she not only transformed my hair; she transformed my confidence with this ridiculously fabulous outcome. What truly sets Sissy and Creative Beauty apart is the personal touch of customer service her and the owner adds. The owner Alexis had one of her assistants wash and rinse my hair so Sissy could cut a little girls hair, and I’m sorry I don’t remember her name but she did such a relaxing wash on my hair and that’s always my favorite part. I left feeling cared for and extremely happy in a way I’m trying to properly express in words, in this review. If anyone is reading this review right now, GO book a hair appointment with SISSY. Trust me, you will be extremely pleased with her services and wonder where Creative Beauty has been all your life! THANK YOU

Alexis did it again she always makes me feel so good after leaving her salon we have so much fun the vibes are so awesome once u get there she just so bright and makes it fun her girls sissy and cassie are so helpful with her especially since alexis was so awesome to get me in last minute and perform a hard-core mommy makeover/birthday hair from my fiance on me Thank you so much once again I will be back wish I can give her 10 stars

Alexis is extremely talented at her work! She got about years worth of BLACK box dye out of my hair and I left her salon BLONDE! 🥲🫶🏼 which I did not think was possible! Everyone there is so nice and friendly, the salon is very well kept and clean. I high recommend coming here 🤌🏽

I chose Alexis to start my hair coloring journey, finally took the dive into this world after 31 years and let me tell you, 100000000% pleased and thankful!! 🥺✨️I LOVE the vibes at this salon ! I go to Alexis for my hair needs. I’m constantly changing my hair color and Alexis is always amazing with her color corrections. She specializes in color corrections and her colors are always so bright and vibrant. If I’m not wearing my hair in bright colors I’ll do highlights. My hair always gets complimented. Alexis is very friendly and knows what she’s doing. Service is amazing. I highly recommend her and all her services. As a matter of fact she’s my oldest daughters role model. My daughter is in beauty school now because of Alexis.

I got my hair done by Illiyanna Prado a few weeks ago & she killed it. I went in not really knowing what I wanted but with her knowledge patience and pure skills she did exactly what I was envisioning but couldn’t put into words. I felt very comfortable and she made my appointment so much fun! I’ll definitely recommend anyone and everyone to come see illiyanna. ❤️

I had a fantastic experience at Creative Beauty Salon. Alexis was beyond great in helping me book and figure things out for my wife's visit. Her husband did an awesome job putting in extensions for my wife. The service was top-notch, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We'll definitely be returning for future beauty needs. I have been going to Alexis for a few years now. She has always done a fabulous job on my hair. Whether it's purple, my natural hair color with low lights or my favorite red she absolutely kills it. I always look forward to my appointments with her because I come out of there feeling great. I also get lots of compliments on my hair. She is a sweetheart and always makes sure that you are happy with her product. I think that it's so awesome that she is always trying to increase her knowledge. I trust Alexis completely with my hair! I highly recommend Alexis for your hair needs.

I was a loyal client at Creative Beauty with Alexis for 3 years, I referred multiple people to Alexis & her salon over my time as her client. She was so good w hair. Which makes me so sad that I decided to find another hair stylist. This last year I noticed a difference in her service. She over books herself, therefore leaving her assistant to work on my hair for the majority of the time, which is not a bad thing but I could’ve just easily booked with her other employees if she wasn’t going to give my hair the attention it deserved as a client, then i noticed after my service my head was covered in scabs the last few visits (I thought was normal). Then last month, I messaged Alexis on instagram asking if I could book with one of her other stylists (for the previous reasons & because she was booked), she said yes and confirmed she’d book me with her other stylist. the next day she messaged me again saying she, herself could do my hair for the 27th of May @ 9am. I Uber’ed to her salon the morning of my appointment , and she had absolutely no idea of my hair appointment. She said she was very busy, apologized, offered to book me for the weekend and offered me a free conditioner or shampoo, she blamed the miscommunication on her assistant, which I think responsibility should be held on both ends since it was from her personal IG page I was messaging her from. The last year was sloppy, I wish she handled the situation differently because she is really good with hair, just this last year wasn’t good service and especially my last interaction last month ☹️

Illiyanna prado was fantastic always knows how to make me laugh when I’m having a hard time with life. She did so fantastic on my hair I am not ever going to anyone else. She makes me feel so comfortable in my own skin, been struggling with confidence lately and she new how to work her magic, thank you so much for my hair I absolutely love the way it came out! I’ve had multiple appointments with lionessclawzs(Flor) & she never disappoints! If you’re looking for a reliable nail technician, she’s definitely someone to go too! She always takes her time during the process & never fails to make you feel comfortable! My retention last for a month plus, sometimes even longer which has never happened to me before! I never have any nails pop off within days & the polish always looks so nice after the recommended two week fill! Make your appointment NOW!

Love love love! I went to sissy to get my black box dye out and go lighter and she did exactly that! I loved the environment everyone was super friendly and my hair came out perfect! I’ve seen many stylist and every time I see sissy whether it be for a hair cut or coloring she always sees it through! I was concerned about the damage all the products would leave my hair looking like but my hair has never felt as smooth and shiny!

My daughter gets her hair done and Alexis and her team kill it every time. She comes home raving about how she’s grateful she found a studio that offers an experience, not just hair services. She drives down from Phoenix and will continue to do so because it’s more than worth it. She wanted me to mention that Illiyanna is a great stylist and is going to crush it in the industry! Shout out to Alexis and her assistant for doing my hair they were really nice and also we’re very accommodating since I had to bring my son for the first few hours I was there. They made me feel like at home and treated my son really well. Plus they’re work is amazing!! Had me feeling like a brand new women. She’s also very educating on how to maintain your hair wich I loved since I didn’t know how to do anything with my hair thank you guys so much you guys are amazing and will definitely be coming again!! ❤️❤️❤️

I came to this salon for the first time and i LOVE it! My hairstylist was Alexis and she did it so good and i had many compliments at work and from friends and family.
