Went in for all one color and cut. The girl talked non-stop and did not start on me for 25 min! Then she dropped 5 combs while attempting to comb my hair for the 10th time. One of the combs she picked up and went to use it in my hair. I had to remind her that comb was just on the floor. Then she added 10 vol (2cups!) And one tube of Color. She grabbed a handfull of my curly waist length hair and began brushing on the color as of she were brushing out tangles. She missed my entire widows peak which is gray and she put most the color down the part she mad on the back of my head and nape. She left the color in for 12 minutes, rinsed me out but left product in my hair In the back of my neck. I had to wash it again at home. I showed her I was still gray and she started reaching for the scissors and I stood up and I Told her I was leaving. And I was done with her shenanigans. I now have dark hair and my old faded color is in blotches underneath as well as the hair is still gray at my roots. She still charged me $75 and I feel like she was very drunk or on something. She slurred her words and she told me the same stories over and over all the while forgetting what she was doing thru the entire hour I sat in her chair! She wore 2 masks so I couldn't smell an odor. She also poked at a cockroach on the floor with the steel point of the brush them proceeded to use it in my hair! I yelled at her to wake up and she better not touch me with that brush. Worse experience I've ever had in a hair salon. Don't go to Christina if you want a nice relaxing experience with great color. U get a drunk idiot that talks about herself and can't focuss on anything else. I did email the owner and never received a response. So this is my response.

I FINALLY found a place that gives GREAT haircuts!! I know, I know- everyone says that about there hairdresser, but this time the reviews actually match the quality of the cut. After three godawful guys from other salons I came here and my experience was great from start to finish. First, she stayed late to accommodate my awkward schedule and that was a plus. Second, I've never been someone to put effort into my looks. I roll out of bed, shake my head, and thats it. My past cuts may have looked OK after a blow out mixed with product coming out of the salon, but without all the effort they always fell flat. This time my cut was so well done that I can literally do nothing to it and it looks amazing. She even took the time to show me a few low maintenance techniques to style my new "due" with little effort. The color is stellar and covered my stubborn grays beautifully without making it look like I was trying to cover my stubborn grays. And it literally wasn't just the great cut that made me want to write this review it was the awesome conversation and the fact that when I left the salon I felt as if I had just made a lifelong friend...a friend that can cut some darn good hair. (Oh, I almost forgot, the cut I got was shorter than I usually go. In the past my man has commented that he doesn't like short cuts on me. When he saw this haircut he couldn't stop complementing it!)

BEST HAIR SALON EVER! They are the nicest people, such sweet hearts they make sure your comfortable they make conversation with you unlike other places where they dont like talking to you. They make sure they get your goal and explain to you if its damaging or not. They also give you options. Im a blonde and to get someones idea of a blonde is extremely hard to get especailly my blonde but she reached my goal. Which no one in my 6 years of being blonde got to. I NEVER trust anyone with my hair EVER and my hair feels brand new. Ive paid 800$ for my hair before and i wasnt happy but i paid a really good price for the perfect hair. They make sure your super comfortable, make sure you always happy and fun people to talk to. GO HERE TRUST ME. You wont regret it!
