John, is the best. He has been cutting my hair for almost 15 years and never disappoints. I always leave there looking and feeling great. And I enjoy our conversations about life etc. Prices are reasonable and the place is immaculate. Can’t recommend him enough.

LOVE Creative Hair Spa!! Sanela rescued my hair and got me on a good hair care regimen and my hair looks so much better! She colors and blends my color in a way that my grey blends in so I don’t need to get my color done as often which i really appreciate!! They never try to up charge you or sell unnecessary products which i really like too. If you are looking for a great salon with an amazing team of hair stylists and colorists look no further!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would!!! 100 stars!!! This place is the best. Stephen has been cutting & styling my hair for over a decade. He is an artist who is dedicated to his craft and as my style has evolved he has always made my hair look amazing!! He does his work with love, care, consistency, and a giving spirit. Creative Hair is a wonderful business, an asset to the community. I recommend the services to all my friends and anyone looking for hair and beauty services.

My mom & I had an appointment with Stephen on Saturday & we both could not be happier with our hair. I have extremely curly, black hair and Stephen was somehow able to work his magic and give me exsctly what I wanted. I’m so happy with the results and will be returning to Stephen for all future appointments. The entire salon was great, the woman who washed my hair was the sweetest. So happy I found this place, would highly recommend if you are in NYC! FYI tips are in cash only so make sure to have some on hand, everything else you can pay with your card

This place is very clean the staff are so friendly and i love that they care about you the customer my girl wasn't concerned about making money in one shot but more about making sure I was happy and that my hair wasn't damaged which definitely makes me want to come back. The kind of service I definitely look for and hardly ever find until now of course.

I've been living in New York City for over 10 years now, and have seen so many stylists I've lost count. I was never completely satisfied with any of their results, and rarely made a second appointment. Then I found Stephen at Creative Hair Spa. Stephen has been my only "go-to" for 4 appointments now, and I'm positive for so many more. Incredible energy and attentiveness to everything I was hoping for and more. I left with exactly what I had wanted. 10 Stars.

I have been going to Creative Hair for over 15 years. Had a few different hair stylists for haircuts and highlights. Presently my stylist is Senada, and I had never been disappointed! She is a true artist in her work, and she creates exactly what I ask. I cannot thank her enough and highly recommend this salon to everyone who wants beautiful hair and excellent service!

I’ve gone to this hair salon for four years. Senada B is my stylist. She always does exactly what I ask for, charges a perfectly reasonable price, never gives me any grief if what I ask for is complicated, and doesn’t try to make me feel bad for only coming once a year most of the time. She always does her best to squeeze me in. It’s like having one of your closest friends as a hair stylist and will just do what you ask for. I highly recommend this salon.
