Does anyone know where the owner of this shop moved to? I used to take my daughter here a few years ago but when we went up there recently, they were shut down. Google makes it seem as if they're operational but they're closed. If the owner sees this, please tell me where to go to see you! I need you! Lol

On my birthday I made an appointment to get a sew-in installed with Virtas which is the owner of the shop. Previous to coming in she told me that it would cost me $75 for her to take out my previous sew-in. When I arrived she made a huge deal about me not being prepared because I still had in my previous sew-in and when I asked to be charged to take it down, she said she needed help. I ended up taking out my whole head by myself. I had three more braids to take out and that is when she said she would take those out but it would cost $75. I told her no because I was almost finished. After I combed it out she told me that she was tired and was not going to do my hair. Then she proceeded to try and have an African women who did not work at the shop do my hair. She told this women not to wash my hair and just put four braids in and sew in the hair. That’s when I said nope that’s fine you clearly don’t want to do my hair, and I’m not going to let someone who doesn’t even work here do my hair. The African women was trying soooo hard to convince me to stay but I said naw I’m good. I also told her that she should have said she wasn’t going to do my hair before I took my weave out. Then I grabbed my stuff and on my way out Virtas said that I owed her $50 for her services. My response was you didn’t do anything and I’m not giving you my money. I wouldn’t suggest anyone get a weave there because the owner is really lazy and she doesn’t want to do her job.

This place is truly phenomenal. My 3 year old whom has autism had an awesome experience . JB the barber who we went to did the best style on my baby to date. The atmosphere is tidy and relaxed. If you want to be lined up properly check them out. The ladies side is in the other room. All the staff were courteous and kind. JB took extra time and patience to cut my baby’s hair after I told him he had autism. Just a forewarning because sometimes he can be a bit unpredictable. He had my baby laughing and playing. And the haircut is unbelievable.
