I have been a client of this salon for years, I have always been treated well, Tawanda does an excellent, fantastic job with my hair. She is professional, knowledgeable, personable, effective and fast. Her clients are friendly and the kind of people that you want to be around. We are currently living outside of Pittsburgh, Creative Look is one of the things I miss the most

I've been going to Tawanda since I was 18 years old I'm 38 over 20 years . Now my daughter goes to Tawanda to as well. I have never had one bad experience with Tawanda. She is very professional and the atmosphere their is wonderful. No gossiping goes on their and the majority of people that goes there have been clients of hers for years it's like a family their. She gets u in there and out within a few hours no extremely long wait soon as ur hair is dry she is ready to cut and curl. The below post is from a bitter ex employee who at times wouldn't show up to work, was rude to the customers and not very professional. Now Tawanda has 2 great professional employees who fit right in with the "family" . Thanks for always having my hair on point Tawanda - "The Creative Look Salon"
