Best place I’ve ever gotten my nails done! Kenny is the best! Every time I leave I feel like a princess! He definitely go above and beyond to make his clients happy with their nails! I’d recommend creative nails to anyone!

Iv been going to this nail salon for years now and I won’t go anywhere else. I’m stupid picky and they are always patient with me and my nails are perfect every time!!!!

The nails I got look good and the price was reasonable. But the tech I had, Kenny, was so rude I don't think I will be going back. He kept twisting my fingers hard and jerking my arms around even though I was as limp as I could get. He also kept sighing really loudly left quickly. Overall it was uncomfortable and awkward. Edit: As of 10-13-24. I have changed my two star review to a 1 star. The acrylic that was used was clearly not safe for use. My natural nails have been absolutely destroyed. The nail plate is pealing and splitting. DO NOT USE THIS SALON. You couldn't pay me all the money in the world to let these quacks butcher my nails.

I am never one to give negative reviews and have probably given only 5 in my lifetime but this was truly a negative experience. I came in to get a fill and left with the exact opposite of what I wanted. I was told that I could just do dip on my natural nails because they were "long" enough, however, this is not what I wanted. My natural nails were no where near the length I wanted which was not long by any means but definitely longer than my natural. The younger male in the salon was very rude and kept leaving to go outside in the middle of working on my nails. Despite telling him I wanted a fill, he had me sit in a chair with a female and told her I wanted dip on my natural nails. She started doing this and I just let it go because I had already been there way too long. She also cut my skin to the point where it bled and although she applogized, she quickly just continued on as if it was not a big deal and dismissed the blood. The only positive I have was my pedicure, which was expensive for a basic one but had no issues with that process and was satisfied with how my toes turned out. I have a very busy schedule and getting my nails and toes done is the one thing I treat myself to regularly that is my time to relax and unwind so this experience was very disappointing and I only hope this results in them listening more to what the customer is asking for, slowing down, and being a little bit more friendly when greeting their customers.

Paid $203 for nail and came out looking like I paid $1for toe Nila was so rude to me and wouldn't let me use the bathroom. Her kids were running around yelling about how a girl named Melanie pooped in her hand and Nila had to cut short because her daughter needed to get her nails done and did not finish making my nail and toe look like poo 0/10 never come here unless you want to look like you pay $1 for toe not $203 for nail

Getting my nails done used to be a rare occurrence. Then, one day, I got a dip manicure from Nila, and now I have had a mani on my nails for the past several months, and I request Nila every time. She does a great job every time, and they always hold up so well. Highly recommend!

Have been going here for 6 months. Every tech does an amazing job. I have never had an issue with acrylics lifting from the cuticle end like every other place I've been.

I have been coming here for a year now and I’ve never gotten this good of service. Nila and Kenny the owners are the 2 sweetest people in the world and they actually interact with the customers. On the other note I am always in love with my nails! They take their time and make sure they do it right! Love this place and always coming back!

I was in desperate search of a good nail salon after my own went down hill really quick. Creative nails not only gave me the absolute best conversation while getting my nails done they did the best freaking job!! 10 out of 10 highly recommended. The owners Nila and Kenny are beyond outstanding, great environment and even better quality nails. Very happy I found my new 2nd home

Paid $60 for a pedicure that was not worth it. I chose the one that offered a 15 minute massage and did not get a massage, she didn’t get my cuticles, or put anything on my feet so they were still soooo dry. She wasn’t nice to me and I felt uncomfortable. I also started my pedicure 20 minutes after my mom, but I finished 15 minutes before my mom did. It just wasn’t a great experience and definitely was a bummer for how much it was.

Creative Nails has been in business for several years. I have received excellent service in my manicures and pedicures all these years. My favorites are dip powder for my nails and shellac for my toes. I have never been disappointed with the end product. The pricing and hours of operation are considered common for the Salons in the area. They have a wide variety of colors that will not disappoint. Clients are from all ages and gender.

AMAZING! I have never been in such a respectful and caring environment. Nila and Kenny (the owners) and all the employees here are the most welcoming and friendly people ever. They care about each and every one of their customers and treat everyone as if you were family. They are understanding and will make sure you leave here happy, never gotten somthing I didn’t like here! I will NEVER go anywhere else other than here. Truly a great experience, and service. 10/10.

I truly would give this one star if i could. The man doing my nails took a phone call while working on my nails, argued with me on what i should get done on MY nails and we got started 45 mins after my appointment.

Thank you so much to the staff.. Everyone here was remarkably friendly and very professional. I did not have a clue what kind of nails I wanted for my wedding, but using the little description I could provide, they created a work of art I would never have thought possible. Great place, great people, friendly atmosphere.

Linda did an amazing job on my nails . She took her time and thoroughly completed each step in a fill. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she made it even look better.
