Couldn’t be more happy with the set I left with. LoAnn flawlessly combined a few ideas I had. She was able to fit me in same day- Super happy with the nail shape and quality of work. Everyone who works there is efficient and friendly!

I have been a customer (and my Mom) of LoAnn’s for many years! We have always been satisfied with the services we have received from Creative Nails. No matter how busy they are, they always seem to fit you in. Very clean and comfortable shop. I highly recommend the gel nail tips (they last quite a while, LoAnn does a phenomenal job) and the pedicures! You won’t be disappointed!!❤️

Got my nails done here 2 weeks ago- Took almost 3 hours for acrylics and a pedi (no art work, just regular polish). Nails were horrible. She burnt my nail beds several times with the drill and then cut one of my cuticles so bad it wouldn't quit bleeding. She had to apply something to it to get it to stop. I had a huge scab that lasted 10 full days and it still hurts honestly. Nails were way too thick, acrylic dripped on the back of the nail and left to harden there making it look like I had something stuck to the back of my nail. Less than 2 weeks later 3 nails lifted. The pedicure bowl is not sanitized ( I noticed they didn't use the plastic other salons use- but thought well they must sanitize it after use. NOPE, watched as she finished me she just rinsed it with water on moved on. I hope she went back and cleaned it better after she finished my nails- but I will never know for sure. I just really do not recommend this place.

She did my lashes and within 24 hours one eye of lashes came off and she tried to say it was my fault I’ll never go back there 60 dollars gone down the drain

Pedicure and eyelash extensions mediocre at best!! Charge to much for level of work they are putting out. 65 for lash extensions and it isn’t been a week and they’re coming off smh. I’m from NY and get my lashes done all the time. They don’t know what they’re doing!! Can see thru my polish on my toes and they charge 45 for gel pedicure. Just not good business. First and last time going there.

This place needs to be shut down and cleaned before seeing any more clients, it is so cluttered and dirty. I noticed the technician who is probably not licensed double dipping the stick while doing eyebrow waxing and dropping things on the floor and picking them back up and using them without sanitizing them. I will never be back to this place.

I went to get my nails done for my birthday on a Friday. They looked horrible I asked them to take them off. I had been there for 3hrs. The shop was busy and the owner kept taking clients. They only had two nail techs and one lady doing pedicures. By Saturday one nail popped off. By Monday my eye lash extensions started to fall off. I specially told loann to not rush on my lashes and she did. Very horrible experience especially on my birthday

loan doesn’t wash her hands while hopping from customer to customer. Always rushing. Made my sister nail broke and doesn’t use the liners for when you get your feet done. DO NOT GO TO THEM.

My wife did an eye lash extensions, she got eye infection so bad. The owner didn’t help her to remove the lashes, instead she was being rude and ask her to get out of her store.

The young girl is a sweet heart and had a good experience. But my nails were sloppy and my top coat was streaky. They didn’t build up the gel so my nails are flat.
