Came in for a simple trim of my long layers. Left with multiple, mismatch of random layers in my hair. My hair looked way better before I walked into this salon. Thank you, Cindy, for ruining my hair. 😵 To avoid!!!

I came in with my daughter get my eyebrows done and my daughter get a haircut it was nothing what she want plus they charge me 41 for both I thought eyebrows were like 10 and kids haircut was like 12 it was something I will never do again

Second visit. Stopped in for a hair cut. Outside sign read “walk in and no waiting”. Place was not busy when I looked in. Went inside did not see one stylist. Three people sitting in waiting area so I stood there waiting for an employee to appear. Heard voices from a back room. Still no one acknowledged my presence so I ask the 3 waiting people if they were waiting for service and no one replied. Heard someone holler from a distance again. Still saw no employee. Finally someone appeared from a back room appearing as if to say Im to busy to deal with you “Can I help you?”. so I requested a hair cut and response was “We busy ri now”. Definitely not going back here. Weird sign Walk-in Welcome and No waiting” Place was practically empty, no hairdresser and felt like I was intruding. Very poor customer service. Also on first visit hairdresser found it difficult to cut my hair because I have some slight natural curl. Dont cut my own hair but when I was in barber/cosmetology school back in the day, it was one of the first most simple basic cut that a hairdresser learns. Short to medium length layer haircut. I could tell by the way she sectioned and picked up the hair that my cut was only going to turn out less than mediocre as there was no style cut into the hair and I would be combing and rearranging all day after this cut. Poor customer service also.

Great service. No wait on a Saturday morning. Staff was friendly and cut my hair as asked. I will definitely be going back. Van is the lady that cut my hair and she did a wonderful job.

They're really nice and friendly but when it comes to cutting hair they can't do it! I'm not trying to be mean just being honest. My husband hair is uneven and there's spot where it was cut to short and etc
