I just asked what brand they use for root touch and the stylist Silviya got annoyed, had an attitude to show even the product. I used to go this salon regularly now they lost a customer !!!

I went on July 4th because they were the only hair cutt/ barber shop on ...I asked the 2 ladies at the front desk if anyone can cutt mens hair and no one there out of 3 stylist can do a simple fade....Then the lady tries to walk me to the front door....VERY RUDE AND NEED TO GO BACK TO HAIR SCHOOL....MENS HAIR IS ALOT EASIER THAN MENS

Everyone there is nice and professional. Tue first time I went, I actually didn't plan on being a regular customer. It was just convenient to where I needed to go that day, but Jina is amazing. She colors my hair beautifully and she's the first stylist I've ever had to know how to account for curls in terms of haircut length. I now drive almost 40 minutes to go here, but it's worth it.

I have requested an appointment at this salon a week ago. Not only did they contact me for cancelation, but they waited until I have to call them only to hear that I don't even have an appointment with them. This is my first and last time coming to this place. For the record, I do have an appointment set for them.

I love Jina, and how she does hair. She really knows what she is doing. My cousin originally referred me to Jina, and I’ve not gone back to my former stylist since. She is amazing, and gives good advice when asked about what would look good. She truly transformed my hair, and gave it life. She also gives a skilled blowout, and knows what she is doing. I only really go to her for hair styling, and cutting, but I have seen her do amazing coloring as well. This is my favorite salon in the area, and I would highly recommend.

Steve and Jina were absolutely amazing! I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend both of them! This was my first time there and I went in for a hair color and cut. I have quite a bit of damage to the ends of my hair from where it was bleached before and Steve helped me pick a color method (toner) that would not cause anymore damage. They were very busy and Steve had to work on another client so Jina took over the rest of the appointment. She did a fantastic job with the color and cut! Both of them are wonderful!

I started coming here with my girlfriend because it was in close proximity to my apartment. And her and I could not be happier with the service we received. I come here every time now and am always happy with my service. The employees are kind an professional and my haircuts are always better than I imagined they could be. I absolutely love this place 😁

Went from ash brown (believe it or not, my natural color) with Jina. Jina was so patient with me and my utterly embarrassing newbie-ness to the business of dying one's hair. Of course it took a while (I think about five hours or so) to go from dark to light but Jina expertly navigated me through the process and in hindsight, it really didn't feel too long at all! She is very sweet and knowledgeable about her craft - and I don't use the word 'craft' lightly. She's great and I recommend anyone going in for a consult or going in there at all for anything to ask for her. People have been complimenting my hair left and right and I feel amazing! Thank you, Jina!

Excellent service. I recieved a cut and magic sleek service from Haemi. Honestly the best consultation I have ever recieved. Haemi really listened to what my goal was and she helped me navigate and achieve just that! She really knows what she is talking about and was able to communicate what would be realistic for my hair. Couldn't be happier with my results!

First time customer that will be returning! Steve took his time to make sure the cut I wanted was perfect--I feel very satisfied. AND the receptionist was a tremendous help in entertaining my 11 month old. Very affordable price, clients do not wait, overall great experience.

I got a hair balayage thinking it would look more natural then highlights. It didn't really. I wasn't too pleased with it, but it was something I choose when I got in so I wore it out and thanked them for taking the time with me. I might be back to see if I can just do highlights next time as those are cheaper than the hair balayage.

I love, love, love this salon! It is an amazing hair salon with the most amazing hair stylist!! Haemi Chang is the best stylist I have ever been to. I've been going to her since April '17 & my hair is constantly perfect :) I recommend her to all of my friends & people I just met heh

I visited Creative Salon & Spa this evening and I am beyond impressed. Haemi is an amazing stylist and I would recommend anyone to schedule an appointment with her. My experience at hair salons has always ended with regret, but I left Creative Salon & Spa feeling like a princess. Haemi cared about the health of my hair and she recommended different methods for growing my hair. I am African American with 4C hair texture. I am definitely returning to Haemi and I've already scheduled an appointment for my daughter. I am so happy that I have finally found a stylist who cares about the health of my hair. :)

I am a natural hair client and go to Haemi every 2 weeks for a blowout/style. Haemi is absolutely amazing! She takes very good care of my hair, from recommended deep conditionings, managing and detangling, and straightening/curling it. My hair is naturally curly and frizzy, but after she does my hair, it is very silky, smooth and absolutely holds for 2-4 weeks. She also is an amazing consultant! She gives me hair tips and regularly discusses the state of my hair. I trust her to cut/trim my hair and buy products based off of her recommendations. Haemi also turned a previous horrible dye job into a beautiful chocolate/caramel balayage, which is still holding up today. We haven't even had to touch up the color due to her high-quality products and maintenance of my hair. Haemi is all about quality which I like and am willing to pay for, but she still is extremely reasonable and won't try to force you to get more expensive products/services to make an extra buck. I am African American, which means a lot because most would be hesitant going to a white/asian salon, however, if you want pristine hair care, healthy hair, and absolutely professionalism mixed with friendliness, this is the place to go. My hair is fully straight and holds up in heat and humidity (for those who are still skeptical that she can get edges, roots, and "the kitchen"). I love the boutique feel I get at Creative Salon and Spa, the stylists never seemed rushed and I feel absolutely comfortable here. There is a lady that washes my hair and gives a free mini massage - it is life! EJ -the Manager, is trendy, cool, and super professional - she has the scheduling on point. I love Haemi and will continue to be a valued customer for years to come!
