Abby helped me with a significant injury around my shoulder, neck, and back. The pain was radiating through this area and impacting my mobility and my daily activities. Abby is absolutely amazing! I always go in to her office knowing I will feel better after a great massage. When I had some issues with my back, she explained to me exactly what was going on and showed me special stretches to do at home after the massage. I was in a lot of pain due to tension, tendon & joint damage in my neck and shoulders. Abby was able to manipulate muscles in a way that significantly and eventually eliminated my tension and pain. She is very easy to communicate with and listens to me when describing my pain. I see her on a regular basis to help manage my tension in my neck, back, and shoulders. I highly recommend her for any type of muscle tension or pain.

Abby is an incredible massage therapist. She is professional, knowledgeable and always tailors the session to your specific needs. If I could do more than 5 stars, I would! Creative Wellness Massage has been the best wellness connection that our family has made yet! I went to see Abby for joint stiffness and a lower back issue. She not only helped ease my symptoms, but she also taught me how to work and exercise safely to avoid repeating the same issues, and what I could continue to do at home to relieve the problem issues. She is very knowledgeable and insightful about symptoms and their root cause, and is our family's #1 go-to for muscle and joint issues. Brava, Abby!

Abby goes beyond the feel good massage. As an interior painter I have a lot of shoulder, neck, and hip issues. She offers stretching and manipulation that doesn’t always feel good in the moment😂, but is very productive in my flexibility after. A monthly massage from Abby is a must for my healthcare routine.

My experience at Creative Wellness Massage was wonderful! The environment is calm, peaceful and relaxing with soothing music and a nice, warm massage table.
