The place itself is wonderful! The vibe is super calm and chill, if you like places that have a distinct aesthetic that you can see and smell this one has it. Love their Kevin Murphy products. If you ever wondered about the horchata lip balm on the counter, get it! It smells like you can eat it lol I’ve always been someone that would just go get a haircut with whomever had decent reviews online or the last place a friend went to. That is until I found Crecer and their hairstylist/artist Isabella. I started going to Crecer over a year ago and my first long-hair cut was with Isabella. I’ve never stopped coming back. So this review is definitely about her. Getting my haircut with her made me realize the “craft” of hair cutting. She’s owns her craft, she demands perfection from herself on every cut. She’s meticulous and ensures that the cut you get will frame your face perfectly, that it’ll lay perfectly, and that your layers are even. You get what you pay for, just like everything. You want quality come see her! I go in just about every 3-3.5 months. My hair is healthy and grows pretty rapidly. 100% recommend Isabella at Crecer 💜

Just got my first haircut at Crecer Dallas with Isabella, and I LOVE MY HAIR! She did such a beautiful job! I have semi wavy/curly hair and was looking for something to compliment my face shape and my hair texture! I went in and showed her some inspo pics and she was able to give me some tailored specifically to me! I will definitely be booking here again! Not only was Isabella so welcoming and caring, the salon itself is just such a vibe! Definitely do not hesitate to book with Isabella!!<3

Isabella did absolutely phenomenal with my hair. As someone with a lot of anxiety with getting haircuts and usually hates them, I can say that they absolutely will not fail you here. Isabella knew what to do and what I wanted before I even did then absolutely killed the execution, she has an incredibly inviting and relaxed vibe I'd reccomend her to anyone anyway. This 5-star goes to Isabella !!! She is so amazing 🥹 My haircut is exactly what I was looking for plus more. She genuinely took account of my face shape, my hair texture, and the requests I had made. Throughout the entire process she kept me informed about everything, the products being used, the techniques she is using when cutting my hair and why, and ways to better my hair texture. I learned so much from her, I’ve had informative stylists before but never this thorough. Isabella also made me feel safe and secure the entire time :) Also i love how Isabella really takes into account of your natural hair, as a textured wavy/curly girl it makes the difference when you can also wear the haircut natural! I had a prior bad experience with my last visit (with another stylist) but I wanted to give Crecer another chance and Isabella really restored my faith with Crecer <3 The hair experience with Isabella is truly worth everything, i finally found my stylist i can trust wholeheartedly 🥹

Super cool place that offers great alternative haircuts. Workers are polite and do their best to make sure you’re comfortable and like your haircut. Great service all around! Isabella (I hope I spelled that right) was the one who did my haircut :)

I was absolutely in love with my nail experience. Stephanie is so talented and sweet, she was also very helpful in guiding me on what designs I wanted for my nails. Can’t wait to be back for my next set. Definitely book with her! As well the ambiance of the place was calming and full of good energy.

The amount of detail and care that has gone into Crecer is unmatched! Cynthia was incredibly helpful and informative and Tati cut and styled my hair just like I like it. The level of service provided and the ambiance that they have created is second to none. Highly recommended to anyone that wants an amazing haircut in a beautiful space!

The atmosphere/vibe is so cozy. Bought a few plants while I waited for my mom to get her hair done by Isabella. This was my mom’s first time at a higher end salon. She’s only gone to places where the cuts start at $25 so I wanted her to experience something different. She enjoyed herself and loved her haircut. She said Isabella treated her so well and wants to go here again for her next haircut. Thank you💚

After looking for a last minute appointment after someone cancelled on me, I was able to get in with Jym and let me tell you!!!! It was the best experience!! First off the vibes are immaculate. There is culture, plants, vibes, and over all amazing stylists / people. Jym did her best to achieve what I wanted without damaging my hair and she did such a great job. She did everything I asked and I loved it!

Had an appointment I scheduled over a month out. The day before I get an email acknowledging that I had an appointment the next day. After I drive more than 40 minutes to the location they tell me she is out sick. They couldn’t email me or cancel my appointment to notify me of her call out. Very unprofessional. Not only that but the manager told me she works independently which was also a lie

I am so late for the review but I had to stop and take time to get this done! I had an appointment on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and went in a nervous wreck! I didn’t know what to expect, but let me tell you this: My stylist Isabella was nothing short of amazing! She spoke with me every step of the process and always made sure I was comfortable! She had such a beautiful soul and you felt her love of taking care of her clients and hair! I went in a wreck and came out almost crying after my hair transformation! I cannot explain enough of how much of an amazing experience this was for me! Thank you so much Isabella!!! You have earned a customer for life!

I got my hair done by Isabella, from the moment I got to the shop I loved the place! I had a great experience, we had great conversation, I got a scalp massage , I got long layers and bangs, and I got a darker color ; honestly the best hair cut and bangs I’ve ever had! I felt so comfortable and I was VERY happy with the result! My mom never had a full hair dresser experience in her life and my sister and I had been trying to find someone for her that spoke Spanish. After a lot of research and finding out about crecer (everyone is super nice) we found the most amazing gem Isabella . My mom absolutely loves her and she looks forward to her appointment every time. So disappointed. Booked in advance an appointment for my husband to have his hair cut for his graduation. Nobody greets you when you arrive. He showed up and his appointment had been cancelled with no notice due to his stylist being out for the day. Salon claims they tried calling but no missed calls for either myself or my husband. You book virtually I can’t comprehend how we couldn’t be notified via email as well if you were “unable to reach us by phone”. I did a lot of research on the salon and stylist. We decided to choose Crecer as my husband has long hair and this was a gift for his hard work. It’s hard to find a reputable unisex salon in Texas for the style we are wanting to achieve. So unprofessional to waste our time like this. $50 if you cancel on the establishment but if they cancel on you not even a phone call. Thankfully Revel salon was able to take us in last minute and did a wonderful job. Not able to rate 0 stars.

Audrey Cuenca is my favorite stylist! I’m a 2 cuts a year gal and every time Audrey cuts my hair the style and cut really last! I got my last cut 7 months ago, and only got it cut this week because I wanted to take some length off. The style still looks great. She’s an expert in “lived in hair,” crafting hairstyles that naturally look good without me needing to do big hair blowouts to achieve the same style I leave the salon with. Highly recommend!

Got my haircut today by Audrey & love, love, loved my experience. I’ve been to this salon before but it’s my first cut with Audrey and leaving my first review. Appreciate that she made the appointment enjoyable and explained things really well. I also felt like I was able to ask her questions about hair care and she was more than willing to teach me about my hair type. Also got my first proper blow out and basically.. SHE. POPPED. OFF. Love my hair, exactly what I wanted :)

The salon is warm and inviting with beautiful plants as far as the eye can see. The Hairstylists/Barbers are friendly and knowledgeable. Audrey is amazing! If you want a pixie cut done right, book with her!

I had such a great experience with Jym! Coming off a record run of five of BAD haircuts (including one self-imposed), I was really hesitant to try yet another salon. My hair was growing unevenly, looked dull and tired, and was just really needing a good cut to come back to life. I decided to take one last chance on Crecer based on the rave reviews on Google and TikTok. I ultimately chose Jym as my stylist based on her social media portfolio (@cosmic.jym on IG). She showcases different styles and textures on her page so it gave me a lot of reassurance that she would cater to my hair's unique needs. Jym took the time to listen my concerns, what I wanted out of a haircut (I have curly hair but also wear it straight sometimes), and we looked at some inspo pictures together. Based on that consultation, she gave me a bob that works with my natural curly texture as well as straight. I also have some ends near the front that have lost their curl, so she taught me how to finger coil to encourage the curl back into those pieces. I left the salon happy with my cute, curly, chin-length bob. Today, I straightened it just to make sure there were no crazy uneven spots (this has been an issue with previous curly cuts) and, THANK GOODNESS, it looks great straight as well. I'm seriously so happy with this cut and am excited to see it grow out over the next few months. Can't thank you enough, Jym <3. I'll definitely be back for future touch ups as I ultimately want to grow my hair healthily to about shoulder length.

Isabella was fantastic from start to finish. I wanted a fresh look, something different, and they not only gave me a new style but took time and ensured the cut was customized according to my features. Love love love Crecer and the customer service here! My last haircut was in June and didn’t feel the need to get another one until just now in November! My hair has grown out so beautifully thanks to Audrey!! Audrey’s attention to detail is absolutely the best! My hair comes out so full and shiny without all the weight! I really wanted to love this place, I found yall on tiktok and wanted to treat myself with a haircut, I just got some bangs and a trim to my layers. When I left I was pretty happy with my hair, but now after washing it I realize that the hair on one side is about an inch longer than the other side. I am pretty upset about that since I love my long hair and now I'm going to need someone to fix it and make it even shorter.

This is my first time coming here, I had the pleasure to get my hair done by Isabella today and I loved the experience ☺️ I love her energy she’s very nice and easy to talk to and her attention to detail is immaculate. She is pretty honest, she’ll tell you what works best for you and what can / can’t be done to your hair. She gave me some tips on how to care for my color and what products I should use etc. I like that she doesn’t use a heat cap to process the bleach, this saves your hair from becoming too dry or damaged. I really really love the haircut and color she gave me, not everyone knows how to cut hair like that she is pretty talented! I will be back to get my hair done by her again 🫶🏻💕 Overall I enjoying the atmosphere here 😊 btw they have a lot of plants and it just feels very happy and positive. You can buy the plants too lol I love it 💕
