Love this place. Recently moved to Austin and had a difficult time finding a good massage. This is it. Manager (Emily) is great. Staff is friendly, place is clean and Ivy provides an amazing massage!

Honestly? One of the best massages I have ever had in my LIFE this place was awesome. Definitely going back and highly recommend. I didn’t even know what my body needed but I could tell my masseuse did. Incredible. So relaxed. Thank you!!

I got the one hour body massage and it got all the knots in my back out and I love there service it’s so amazing thank you for the massage it completely helped me relax from a very stressful weekend I will come back when I have another stressful day or week

I had the most incredible experience at Creek Spa Massage! As someone who loves deep tissue massages, this was on another level. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and Ivy did an absolutely amazing job. She worked wonders, and I left feeling immediately refreshed, re-energized, and completely renewed. The attention to detail and level of care here are unmatched. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a truly revitalizing experience!

I don't typically treat myself to massages, but when I saw Creek Spa open up a few minutes from my house, I decided to do so. That serendipitous decision completely changed my opinion of massages, I’ve gotten several since. The manager was easy to schedule with, and when I arrived a few minutes early, they didn't mind and got me right into a room. The place is clean and quiet, and everyone was friendly and cheerful. The massage itself was lovely, as was my massage therapist. The entire experience was delightful enough that I'm writing my first ever Google review. Highly recommend.

They were able to give me a wonderful hour long massage at 36 weeks pregnant. It was exactly what my body needed. I’ll definitely be coming back here. Very friendly staff, clean, affordable, and the masseuse went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of during and post-massage.

This was the best foot spa that I have EVER been too. They were friendly and grateful. I got a 30 min foot and 30 min back combo. My tech worked out all the knots.

I used Xin Spa on William Cannon for years now, and I’m so so happy they’ve opened another location here on Brodie Lane closer to home for me. The new massage parlor is beautiful inside, and the massages are just as amazing. I treated myself to a 90 minute today, and I am so relaxed. Ivy literally melted away my stress and tight muscles. She asked About my pressure level and actually listened and went deeper when I asked and medium where I needed. She was friendly, professional and experienced. She focused on my glutes for sciatica nerve pain and on my seriously tight shoulder that has been causing pain for months now. I feel zero pain after this massage:) THANK YOU IVY!!

Holy cow. Came here today for the first time and selected based on location and reviews. I’m typically not one to make spontaneous decisions like this bc they rarely work out, but it (my soreness) was a life or death situation. I’ve NEVER had a better massage. Ivy gave me the best 60 minuter EVER. I will be coming back on a monthly basis! Thank you, Ivy!

Usually when I do reviews on here I don't do them that much, but when I do I try to make him as detailed as possible and also try to make him so other people don't suffer or have the same bad experience that I've had. I went in to this place a couple days ago because it seemed like it was a new spot and wanted to check it out and get a massage there it's my second time being there and it seems pretty okay to first time I went, but the second time was very horrible. I went in for a 2-hour massage which is usually for $140 with the $2 fee which most places it would be $120 so it was already strike one right there with the prices being a little high but I said why not. Not sure if it was a bad day for them or just an off day but the massage I got was very mediocre and it wasn't like the first one that I got but when I went to tell the lady when she was finishing up at the end to wipe the oil off my legs she complained and said the time was up and just completely left the oil on my legs which I almost slipped and fell. Once I got dressed and went to the front they were saying something and their language which I didn't understand because I don't speak Mandarin but when I went to go pay for the session I just pay for the session and that was it I don't tip for bad service regardless of how you feel about the tipping situation I still see it as optional unless you do a outstanding service in general. When I went to pay with my credit card I paid the $142.00 and I just didn't add a tip so I left went home and when I checked my statement on my credit card it said 142. 00, so I was like "okay cool". Only the check a couple days later and it showed that I was actually charged $192 somehow $50 had magically appeared to self on there and when I contacted the Manager that ran the spa she said she would check into it only to tell me that they had somehow mistaken my credit card for a previous customer that came in. Now I'm not sure how that happens when there's two different names on the cards let alone card numbers but if anybody knows please let me know. Anyway when I confronted it on there and I told her a you cheated me out of 50 bucks she wanted to give me it back in cash which I told her no that's not going to work because I'm going to have to waste more gas going up there to get $50 when you can just refund it back on my card that you took it from which is the proper procedure you're supposed to do. So her solution was to give me a $50 back in cash and a free 30 minute massage which that just seems like a bribe to me and I just said no I don't need the massage I just want the cash back refunded but she kept trying to offer the free massage. When I deal with business like this I want you to be truthful and honest with me from the get-go if it was just a mistake I understand that but it seems pretty impossible how you can mistake one person CC info for another's. So just to finish up just be careful whenever you go here to get a massage of any sort just either paying cash or if you do use your debit or credit card just make sure you check your bank statements. Also a little something I forgot to add in is that they also don't seem to cater to black people here, so all my black folks out there be careful when you visiting this spot,they only seem to take Caucasians and Hispanics, that's all. TLDR: Just be wary and cautious of doing business with this place because they might cheat you out of your session and add extra tip amount (even if you tipped already) when you use your card to pay for it. Just giving y'all a heads up. Sorry for the long review just wanted to make sure you all got the full story so it won't happen to somebody else.
