Do not go to Teria at this shop!!! She is very unprofessional. I scheduled my appointment & paid the deposit before coming. Before I even arrived as a first time client, Teria wanted full payment to take care of her emergency expenses. I declined. This made me very uncomfortable! She told me to come the next day (Friday) because she couldn’t finish my hair due to a family emergency. She scheduled an appointment at the same time I was expected to come back the next day. I refused to wait. According to her, I was “on her time”. She overbooks her clients & does a fast and quick job with low quality work. Never again!
