Horrible “ stylist”what I asked for and what I got when I asked for help the “stylist” got aggressive saying it wasn’t her problem then started pushing me!

Very unprofessional, I went to get a trim and wispy bangs when the lady started to cut the bangs she left them to the tip of my nose asking me if I wanted to go shorter since I couldn’t see I said yes since only styling them won’t make them much shorter she got upset took scissors and did a rough chopped then said we were done. When I went up to pay I was on the verge on tears asking if she can tell me who can help me fix them or if she can help me style them so I would be able to wear them everyday. She got even more upset and said she can’t help and walked away I went to her section and asked if she would be able to help me fix the she began saying she cannot help because she can’t make the hair longer and told her I understand but if she would be able to help me make them wearable she began saying it’s not her problem to fix and she don’t care so then I told her if she can’t help me I would want my money back she said no I cut ur hair and I told her yes but u cut my hair bad and I have to wear it everyday so if u want the money if you can help me style them so I can not walk around with a bad hair cut her sister began to get into the conversation stating she can’t make the hair grow so what does she want from her I calmly replied I want to be shown how I’m supposed to wear my hair and style it so I don’t look ridiculous. Then the begin saying it’s my hair and not there problem she started to push me away I let her know I’m not been aggressive or I’m not anywhere close to her so if she could give me my money back or “flat iron” my hair because she insisted that would help she then walked to the front and gave me my money I snatched it out of her hand since she has been aggressive since the beginning of the altercation she then proceeded to try to hit me I have it all on video. I then took the money ripped it up and left it for her. All I wanted was for her to help me fix the cut she did

Went to get a perm and the lady didn't ask how I wanted my hair cut she only asked how tight I wanted the curls. After she removed the curlers she started cutting my hair without asking me how I wanted it. I had to stop her and ask her if she wanted to see how I wanted it, when she agreed and I showed her she said I should've told her how I wanted it before and she told me it wasn't going to look good. She blamed me for not telling her how I wanted it cut when she didn't ask me anything.

I went in to get a consultation on coloring my hair. The colorist was very nice and explained everything to me. She would not do my hair because it was not healthy enough that I should wait 3-4 months. The first place I went to said they could do it that day, without looking at my hair.i was so happy that I found this place they are super helpful and kind😁

Amada is super excellent. This being my 2nd visit, she got the job done. She is focused and delivers results. Super happy with my haircut/fade. I recommend Crisaner Beauty Salon, totally on point!!

Cortan el cabello de hombre muy feo y si no saben hacerlo no se por que dicen que si pueden me dejaron toda trasquilada y a ni hijo no se diga y eso que les enseño un video y fotos de como lo queria.

Excelente corte, justo lo que necesitaba, alguien me puede decir si siguen abriendo o se cambiaron de lugar? He pasado 2 días y está cerrado ☹️ alguien sabe que pasó xq no están dando servicio? Google maps me indica que sigue abierto al público.

They were absolutely amazing! I was given a wonderful cut & style that looks amazing & I've received several compliments. I was and am happy to refer them. everyone there was friendly & they stayed open late for people who came in after closing without batting an eye. That is amazing customer service & the prices were very reasonable. Definitely 5 stars.

I asked her to take an inch off my hair and she went ahead and cut 5 inches off! Not only did they cut my hair way too short, they botched my husband's hair too..

The older lady and her daughters are unprofessional and rude. You can't make an appointment. I walked into Crisaner Beauty Salon and asked about hair color and price. They said in a rude manor that they don't give out price's. There are more professional businesses in Albuquerque that will treat me kind and be happy to give me a color.

Very professional and fun atmosphere. Been going here for 2 years every two weeks and never had a bad experience. Great at what they do and very friendly. Cristina takes her time and makes sure my hair is exactly how I want it. Won't go anywhere else!
