I had an awesome experience. I did the Introductory Brighten-Up Oxygenating Face and Back Duo with Wellness Scan service. It was my first facial, but Kelly was really great at explaining what she would be doing during the process. She really put my mind at ease. It was a relaxing experience from start to finish. The facility was quiet, clean and smelled wonderful. I look forward to getting my wellness scan results to see which products are recommended for my skin type.

I had the pleasure of getting a hot stone massage and it was unlike any other I've ever experienced before. I was in a great deal of pain in my neck and shoulders and the attention to detail and extreme care was far more than I expected. The ambiance is relaxing from the first step inside. It's very tranquil and peaceful. I felt taken care of. I felt an energetic release of energy that I was carrying around that no longer served me. It was most definitely a spiritual, mental and emotional release. I felt amazing after. Stop reading the reviews and just book, you won't regret it!

I like an extreme level of pressure for my massage and I struggle to find a therapist that can exert enough pressure for me to feel like the massage is actually beneficial and meets my needs. The therapist did her best and was able to provide strong pressure, but it was still not strong enough so my search continues. While the salon itself was nice and clean, I have deducted stars for the quality of the massage and that they did not accept the Spaweek gift vouchers that I had despite the spa being listed on the Spaweek website as a business that participates in their program.

I wanted to find an aesthetician that was within my budget because the previous location I went to was getting too expensive. I am so glad i went with Cristabel! I had an intro facial with Kelly and I loved it! I would have to say this was one of the best facial experiences I’ve had. She did such an amazing job and I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated. I also love the fact that they use organic, natural products. If you are looking for a spot to have facials done, I would highly recommend Cristabel. Everyone I have interacted with before and on the day of my appointment are so nice and friendly. I have another facial appointment coming up in preparation for a wedding, and I cannot wait for another treatment.

I was just blessed to have my first Intro Facial by Reta Crews at her amazing Cristabel Spa & Wellness Center! It was WONDERFUL! She is so knowledgeable and helpful and my skin feels and looks great!! Highly recommend making time to book your appointment and go!!

My facial was much more than your usual facial. I received a face, neck and shoulder massage and overall gentle body massage. The facial included extractions where necessary and thoroughly analyzed my skin to ascertain skin type and the condition of my skin. It was a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE ! I strongly recommend Cristabel Spa & Wellness if you're looking for something more than your usual facial. This was my first time but I will be a regular customer!!

So glad I booked this facial at Cristabel Spa! I went for the 105 minute facial with scalp massage, Kelly was my aesthetician, has an amazing touch, and the whole experience was very relaxing. Also, I am enjoying the post facial glow! The spa is clean, nicely decorated and has a very calming ambiance. Overall I enjoyed my visit and looking forward to going back!

The owner was so welcoming and kind. I had Jessi during my massage, and it was the best experience for my first time at a spa! I have a herniated disc and I do a lot of walking around. It helped relieve pain i had been experiencing.

While visiting Raleigh for basketball camp for our son, we decided to find something relaxing to do. Let me just say we hit the jackpot with Cristabel! My husband had a full body massage and facial, I had a foot/ leg massage and facial. I have enjoyed spa services across the world and I would rate the treatments & staff here within the best top 3!!!! The only downside I would say were the mask requirements. Other than that this place is PERFECT!!!!

Wow! This place, especially Kelly, is fantastic. I have never been so relaxed in my life. The introductory facial I had was nothing short of amazing. Kelly has incredibly soft hands that you can barely feel. I can go on and on about how great this experience was, but you should really check it out for yourself! I will absolutely be back and booking with Kelly.

I got the intro 105 min massage and it was incredible! The spa is a beautiful oasis inside a large building. Very clean and professional team, I would highly recommend this spa to anyone in the Raleigh area!

I had an 105 minute introductory massage yesterday and it was awesome!! I received a tour of the site, an explanation of services offered, clear information regarding pricing, and an amazing massage. Jessie worked with me and I would definitely recommend her to anyone. The location is convenient and there is plenty of parking; the suite is in a back corner of the building so it is quiet. Masks are required, but with the prolonged time of appointments it makes perfect sense to be cautious. In this post pandemic world, I expect that our mask usage here in the United States will start to be more common place as it is in Asia.

I really enjoyed my facial with Kelly today. I was just coming off a long week & really needed some TLC. Kelly was able to bring my mind to rest & I could feel the stress peel away. Calming scents, soothing lotions, and her magic hands were just what I needed! She also did a great job educating me on my skin type, problem areas and gave me some great advice on my skin care. Can’t wait for my next treatment!

I thoroughly enjoyed my introductory massage with Jessi. She is fantastic! Her deep tissue massage was all I hoped it would be, and the back and foot massages were exceptional. I also appreciated her consultation afterwards. I will be back.

Jesi was amazing! She put me right at ease and listened to what I wanted and needed from the massage. My husband being immunocompromised made us a bit hesitant to get a massage but Jesi was willing to wear a mask and face shield so we could enjoy the massage without worry. At the end of the massage she gave me stretches I can do at home to help work out the areas that she found had the most tension. I would highly recommend

This place is a gem! I had a 105 minute organic hot stone massage with scalp massage, aromatherapy and foot scrub with Jessi. She is truly amazing - Jessi took her time to explain the whole process as well as showed me around the whole place in case I wanted to relax and/ or grab a snack after my massage was over. She never rushed me and delivered the best relaxing massage while using hot stones from time to time and confirmed if I was comfortable the whole time. She used essential oils for aromatherapy and made this whole experience exceptional! After I was done, she went over some stretches with me to help stretch certain muscles and provided a personalized overview and recommendations for my future massages. I highly recommend Jessi!

I was gifted a 105 min organic massage with Jess and was so happy with my experience! The spa is clean, the music soft and calming, and Jess is wonderful! She worked out lots of stress knots, relieved my low back pain, and ended the massage with a great foot scrub. She provided me with a handful of mindful stretches I can do to alleviate hip discomfort and stretch out some tight muscles. I will definitely be back for another massage with Jess!
