I have been getting monthly massages from Stacey for about 18 months and could not recommend her more!! She is sooo kind and lovely and GREAT at what she does. Her cute/unique space is a bonus! I'll miss her dearly when I move :(

This was my first time getting a colonic done, I was extremely nervous and didn’t know what to expect. To my surprise, I had a wonderful experience today with Ashia… I will definitely be back next week for my second colonic session. I feel the difference in my body with just this first process… Ashia was very informative, very patient and thorough.. I Highly recommend this spa

A friend told me about this place so I tried it. It was wonderful. The atmosphere is so welcoming and Stacey is great. I got the 1 hour body massage and the Infrared Sauna. What a wonderful experience. Can't wait until my next visit which will be next month. This is going to be my treat to myself every month.

I love this place! Easy to get to and parking was simple. The owner Stacey is amazing. I went for Colin Hydrotherapy and she was super professional and explained the entire process. The spa is very clean. I've also been to a Buti yoga class with Gwen. She is also amazing. Lots of good energy in this place.
