I have to start off by saying I’ve had to become accustomed to dealing with many hair stylists for hair extensions. From the beginning with the booking of a consultation with April over the phone and next meeting Priscilla, I can genuinely say that I’ve discovered my ideal hair salon. I don’t usually write reviews, but I can’t even begin to express how impressed I am with April, Priscilla and everyone i encountered at the salon. My experience was beyond what i imagined it would be. They are humble, honest, funny and the most down to earth people I’ve encountered in a long time. As far as their work, (i got keratin bond extensions) the pictures and videos speak for themselves. My hair looks and feels amazing which is something I’ve not had in a while. Priscilla is extremely talented and does an excellent job in making you feel comfortable and confident. You will not be disappointed. This salon is most likely the best place in town for all your hair needs!

I understand why people are loyal to their hairstylists now! Priscilla and April took great care of me when I came in with a short hairstyle I disliked. They layered my hair extensions beautifully, giving me so much confidence instantly. They are so kind and loyal to their clients, and I enjoy the time I spend there.

Back in December I decided to take a big leap and get my hair dyed for the first in my life. I was nervous ( I used to be a sun-in girlie!!), so I decided to book a consultation appointment just to see what they could do to help. I booked with Raphael and to this day I can say I never regret my decision. He checked the health of my hair and broke down the cost of everything. We got my hair to this beautiful deep copper and blonde money pieces. I went straight into work and the complements I have received just confirmed everything I already knew. Mind you I went way longer for my touch up than expected and that was on me. I messaged Raphael and within the week I was scheduled. Got my hair redone and I am as happy as ever, my hair is healthy and I always feel welcomed when I step in the doors. Thank you for providing a safe space and always treating me well.

Priscilla and her team are God sends to my hair. I got hair extensions in early November of 2023, and I had them until May of 24. They were AMAZING and I felt absolutely FABULOUS and CONFIDENT! I’m taking a break during the summer, but I will be getting a new set soon for my wedding that is approaching in 2025. I cannot recommend Crowne Couture enough!

Crown Couture is committed to Professionalism, Customer Service, and Hair Health. I have been a customer for over a year. I selected Priscilla because of her skills and her techniques with understanding K-tips and how to work with ethic hair. I have had some very bad stylist before, let’s just say it did not work out of me in the end. Priscilla and her team of Stylist are committed to hair health when you first come in, they discuss your goals and concerns about your hair. The stylist at the salon embraces the latest and greatest of techniques and over all hair health. Services I get -- is a blowout -- with conditioning treatments. I also get my colored on a 6 - 8 week touch up. Sometimes I get my hair straighten however, most of the time I request curls. Make your appointment!! -- You will not be disappointed. Try coming in for a consultation to discuss your concerns.

Pricilla and April styled my best friend’s hair and makeup for a black tie event last night. She was stunning! Beautiful updo that shaped her face and looked flawless. Her makeup was fresh and natural and perfect for the event. Excellent work!

Raphael has done my hair for over a decade. This salon is wonderful. Very pretty place to have your self pampered. Raphael is great with my hair color and highlights, and love my cut!! Always a fabulous day when I get my hair done. Highly recommend!

Great news! I am very excited that Chris Valdez has joined this location. That’s an invaluable and precious addition. Chris has been my hair stylist for a long time. I believe he is very talented, experienced, honest and pleasant. I am very picky about my hair, therefore I followed Chris without any doubt. Not only Chris does my hair, but also he works with my son. He has a great taste and comes up with amazing ideas. Congratulations to the Crown Couture! You have got a great hair artist! So exciting that Christopher Valdez has joined this salon! It is a gorgeous, modern space that is chic and comfortable. Chris knows exactly what to do with my hair and truly listens to what I’m looking for. He has rolled with me through many hair colors and cuts. And I always leave my appointment feeling beautiful! Not only is he excellent at what he does, but he is also such a pleasure to be around. Simply the best!

The staff is very kind, all of them. The space is really clean and pretty. I love the ability to schedule online. But, I’ve been cancelled on twice in a row. Priscilla did squeeze me in when I got canceled on by another stylist there, which was very nice. But, I have to be honest and say I got two good cuts here, one bad one, and one cut that made zero change to my hair and was not what I wanted. Considering the cuts are $125-$150, that’s unacceptable to me. The last two cuts I had, I didn’t even get a wash, just a dry cut and the last one took 30 minutes. A good cut should be an hour. It felt rushed, and I was charged $150. I felt pretty bad about that. I recently went somewhere else that charged me $80 and the cut was the best I had in years.

This salon really IS the Best in San Antonio !!! I am absolutely blown away by my hair transformation in just a few hours sitting . (I have a ton of hair I’m usually in a chair for an easy 7+ hours.) Precilla is a True professional at her craft. I have searched high and low for a great blonde specialist in Tampa & now Texas. My search is over , she incredibly knowledgeable about hair and knew exactly what I wanted . She also got me in such a reasonable time frame just before a special occasion. The salon is beautiful, clean & posh with the Perfect lighting. Thank you so much for helping me achieve the blonde I prefer and maintaining the integrity of the hair . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Discovering Crown Couture Salon was the best thing that you have come my way today after a disappointing customer service experience with an average salon. The owner herself answered the phone and treated me with dignity and respect. Charles is a fabulous stylist where assisting customers is more than just a job. I had my haircut with Charles. As I’m nearing my 40s I was looking for a more age appropriate haircut and was having a hard time finding a stylist that knew how to fade, and a barber that knew how to style. Charles was that individual. He walked me through my expectations and explained the steps that were necessary to get there. Look forward to working with Charles from here on out.

I’ve been trying to find the courage to dye my hair red (a natural red head) color for years but I was so afraid of it not coming out how I wanted. I researched a bunch of places and I always chickened out. Well, I finally went for it because I loved how Charles did my mom’s hair and knew I could trust him. So glad I went for it. He did a phenomenal job and managed to get my the exact shade of red I wanted. Highly recommend him, he’s wonderful. I wish I took a before pic.

Let me first start off by saying the salon itself is soo beautiful. I was immediately greeted as soon as I walked in. Priscilla is the stylist that did my hair. She was really nice and patient, she took her time with my hair. I will definitely be returning!
