This place is amazing I had my surgery on 2/24/22 with Dr. SHARARAH a ETT w/MR and full back liposuction. My first massage was on 2/25/22. These two ladies Timia and Liakesha was blessed with gifted hands. I didn't feel any pain only soreness but once I was done with my massages I felt amazing!!!! Great hospitality!!! I can't remember the lady at the front desk please forgive me but she made the most amazing tea brought snacks and whatever I needed to make me feel relaxed. Thank you so much Crown Ladies the whole team was awesome!!!! Stay blessed

First Id like to take a moment to say that the lady up front was very nice and had great tea ! I didn’t feel like my experience with the rest of my treatment was good at all ! One day post op and my lymphatic massage was extremely painful! LaKisha showed no concern that I was in pain .. just told me that they were the lightest pressure in town . After it was over she just throw the wipes on the table for me to clean myself up.. there was blood everywhere.. my drains were on my back and I couldn’t reach them to clean myself well at all.. when she left the room I was naked on the table she open the door to the lobby where everyone could see . She never gave post massage instructions at all . Someone else had to tell me that I wasn’t supposed to put my faja back on after the lymphatic massage because it could cause infection. I went to another person they put lidocaine in the lotion that she massaged with which really helped with the pain .. she helped me clean the drains on my back, get dress in disposable underwear.. she made sure to tell me not to put my faja back on.

LiaKesha is amazing! I cannot say enough about how great my experiences always are. She takes the time to build client relationships, she is always aware of all of my post ops needs, concerns etc and does all treatments based on my personal needs or recommendations from my Dr. Crown Recovery came highly recommended by multiple other dolls. The initial appointment set up was seamless and effortless. Communication is always on time and appointments start promptly at scheduled time. Although demand for plastic surgery is at an all time high Crown Recovery is on it and ready to give top notch service in a beautiful well maintained, sanitized and CLEAN environment. I appreciate them so much.

Timia and the ladies here are absolutely amazing!! I can't sing enough praises about this place!!! I had two separate lipo surgeries and the first one I went to another woman who did basically nothing for me and charged twice the amount. I feel like Timia was a primary reason for me healing so well! I will have to just keep finding reasons to support this business long after I am healed up.

When I say professional it’s an understatement. From the customer service when you walk through the door to the level of comfort they offer during your treatment. I had the pleasure of having Tamia and Lakeisha do my post op massages during my recovery and my experience was phenomenal. I had expressed fear (lol) initially not knowing what to expect they both made sure I was comfortable, explained things so I understood what to expect, and I felt amazing afterwards. A few times I felt faint after my massage that’s okay they had snacks and drinks readily available and made sure I was good before leaving. Crown Recovery is the standard and they have thought about it all. I can’t wait to try some of their other services. Do your yourself a favor and book with them.

I pre-paid for a block of 5 mobile massages, but only received 3 of them mobile. On one appointment, Laikesha canceled last minute and then required me to go in the office out of spite (see Day 8 below), even though I paid the higher rate for mobile massages. There are no refunds and no credit offered for the difference in cost. My entire experience was sub-par to say the least. I expected more from this company based on the reviews and am disappointed that I did not receive the level of care or concern that you would hope for when searching for post-surgery services. I gave 2 stars: 1 star for the range of services offered, 1 star for the actual massages I received, which were good. But this business failed in customer service, integrity of business practices, and dependability. Day 1: My appointment time 1pm, Laikesha arrived at 1:45pm. We confirmed that she would come tomorrow. Day 2: Laikesha contacted me at 8am to confirm i needed an appointment today and I confirmed Yes. By 1pm I had not heard from her about when she would be coming and texted her to ask when she's coming. She offered to skip this day because it was getting late, and I agreed since I had a work meeting and she didn't offer a set time to come. I didn't want to be waiting not knowing if or when she would arrive. We confirmed that she would come tomorrow. Day 3: At 2:30pm I had not heard from Laikesha and text to see when she would be coming. She arrived about 3:30pm. We confirmed that she would be coming back tomorrow. Day 4: 10:00am Laikesha text me to let me know she would be arriving about 1:30pm or earlier. She arrived at 2:15pm. We confirmed that she would be coming back tomorrow. Day 5: I had not heard anything so I text Laikeasha at 2:45pm to make sure she was coming today and she confirmed she was. She then informed me that I would need to go into the office to have my drains removed, and we booked that appointment for the next day. By this time, it was already after 3pm so I offered to get my massage at the same time I was getting my drains out the next day. Canceled mobile appointment for today. Day 6: 9:00am In office visit on a Saturday for massage and drain removal, Laikesha arrives at 9:15am. I bought lipo foams and booked my last mobile massage for the following Tuesday at 12pm. The lipo foams were not in stock so she said she would bring them on Tuesday to my last mobile massage appointment. Day 7: Appointment was booked for 12pm but Laikesha is a no show. I text her at 12:15p to make sure she's coming. She informed me that I'm not on her schedule today and she's booked until next Saturday. I voice my concerns with her and she calls me to lecture me about how I should be grateful she even offered to serve me at all and she will speak to her manager about a refund for the missed appointment or send someone else. I said ok, whatever you think is best. She later informed me that there are no refunds, and could fit me in for a mobile massages the next day at 2:45pm. We confirmed she would come the next day. Day 8: 1:00pm Laikesha called me to inform me that she will not be coming and that I must go into the office to receive my final massage. Her manager has given her permission to decline my mobile massage even though that's what I paid for. I booked her next available office appointment which is 3 days later, and 1 week since my last massage. In summary, it's taken 2 WEEKS to receive 5 massages, mainly due to the complete disorganization of my massage therapist. I'm still not even sure if my lipo foams are in yet, since no one has bothered to update me on that.
