Mr Cruz was excellent and did an amazing job. I got a 90 min massage that included hot stone, cupping, therapy massage gun, scrapping, and focusing on multiple problem areas. The attention to detail and tools this professional uses are different then a lot of massages I have experienced but they 1000% took care of my issues and I can’t wait to make a regular trip to maintain treatment. I spent 20 years in the infantry and have spent the last year going through surgeries before retirement. Mr Cruz has a lot of experience and knowledge to get what you need done. They also do couple massages!!

One of the top massages for both me and my husband. Totally worth every penny and more. We called to get a couple therapy massage after a tough year of life and Surgery, we both had major aches and pains. I got a massage from Elizabeth: I was happy that my first massage in a while was with her. She did the normal deep tissue stuff but had some great energy and strong hands that triggered some areas that I had never had massaged, like my abdomen (my ovaries where happy). Deep neck, I.T. band, my shins, shoulder blades, and she did a fascia pull which hurt so good. Thank you Elizabeth!!!! My husband got a massage from Mr. Cruz which included 90 minutes : Cupping, hot stones, tok sen, scraping muscles and the massage. He absolutely loved it. FYI it is a house location but one room is transformed into a spa. Absolutely will be back

Cruz did a wonderful job. He asked me about what area I want him to focus. I told him about the areas I have discomfort and he worked in all my body using different methods. I left with no discomfort or pain. Thank you Cruz for the wonderful work you did.

Mr. Cruz helped my husband with his knee and he walked out feeling like new. Aside from his knee pain Mr. Cruz went out of his way to address some back issues he was having as well.

I absolutely recommend Cruz Bodywork! Dealing with chronic back pain and tight hips has been challenging, but visiting him has truly been transformative. His expertise is remarkable; he intuitively knows where to focus and utilizes amenities such as aromatherapy, soothing sounds, premium oils, hot stones, and vibrations to enhance the experience. Additionally, as a woman, it's sometimes a concern to feel comfortable around a male massage therapist, but those worries vanished quickly with him. His professionalism and respectful demeanor created a safe and relaxing environment throughout our sessions. He is always attentive to my comfort level and ensured I felt secure and relaxed.

I’ve been hurting for a couple of months from my knee and Cruz body work massaged me and oh man did he make me feel good I definitely recommend it he’s truly amazing and super humble makes u feel comfortable and feeling like new and they also worked on my wife’s back and same thing she felt really good from her back and definitely we will be going back Cruz body work is the best and fyi I’m a marathon Boston qualifier and he truly made me feel good for my training

I highly recommend Cruz Bodywork. I've had a lot of wear and tear on my body while I was in the military, and even though I'm out the service now, I'm still very physically active. With all the movement, lifting, and athleticism I do, Cruz Bodywork helps me feel better and perform better. Most people are only familiar with the typical deep tissue massage. What Cruz Bodywork does is on a different level. They'll us a combination of techniques, tools, and devices to give the body the ultimate treatment. If your body needs some work, go to Cruz

Amazing work! Customized massage plan to fit my needs. They say every body is different and he keenly understands this. He visualizes and assess my injured areas and communicates his plan to help repair the sites. He is very attentive and respects your concerns. He can't emphasize communication enough. He talks you through every step of the way and explains each purpose. I recommend him 1000%. I have herniated discs, sciatica, pulled shoulder muscles, muscle spasms in the neck; ALL GONE! Unlike regular massage places that work to keep you coming back. He works to fix you. No patch work here.

I had probably the best massage of my life from Cruz. He is highly intuitive and knows exactly which areas are tight, sore, and need the most work. Not only is he amazing with the massaging, but also incorporates stretching which adds another level of healing into the session. I met Cruz a few years ago during a really dark and tough time in my life. His massages have helped heal not only my body, but my mind and spirit too! I have terrible neck problems and he is one of the only masseuse who has been able to truly help relieve my chronic neck and back pains. Recommend him 100%!
